SOLUTION: A supply system inlet port 2 is mounted near a side wall 35 of an end plate 41 at a supply side, of a supply system silencer part 29, and a supply system discharge opening 6 is mounted on the side wall 35 at an exhaust system silencer part 31. The exhaust system inlet port 12 is mounted on an end plate 42 at an exhaust side, of the exhaust system silencer part 31, and an exhaust system discharge opening 16 is mounted on an end plate 41 at a supply side, of the supply system silencer part 29 alongside of the supply system inlet port 2. A length of a supply and discharge silencer duct 5 between a supply system scroll outlet 8 and a supply system discharge opening 6, is long, and is gently curved, so that the noise radiation amount from the supply system discharge opening 6 can be remarkably reduced. A length of an exhaust system discharge silencer duct between an exhaust system discharge duct 18 and the exhaust system discharge opening 16, is long and is gently curved, so that the noise radiation amount from the exhaust system discharge opening 16 can be remarkably reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load of an air conditioner in a vehicle provided with a ventilating device and an air conditioning device. SOLUTION: Heat is exchanged by placing heat pipe heat exchangers 21, 22 in a place where air passes through an air supply fan 3 and its temperature is increases by adiabatic compression, in an air supply side passage, and placing a heat pipe type heat exchanger 23 of the heat pipe heat exchanger 21 in front of a place where exhaust 7 drawn from an inside of the vehicle 6 is inhaled by an exhaust fan 10 after cooling a motor 9, in an exhaust side passage. Thereby, an air temperature in the inside of the vehicle is approximately 26°C and is approximately 28°C after cooling the motor 9 even in a state where a temperature of fresh air (approximately higher than 40°C in a hottest summer) exceeds 40°C because of an increase of the temperature by the adiabatic compression by the air supply fan 3, and therefore, the load of the air conditioner is reduced by lowering a temperature on an air supply side to approximately 30°C by exchanging the heat in both by a heat pipe heat exchanger 20.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the rigidity of a bent duct itself and to suppress the increase of the vertical vibration of a vehicle body upper floor and the noise in a vehicle by bundling multiple bent pipes laminated in parallel with the flow direction in the bent duct. SOLUTION: Bent pipes 10 are laminated in a bent duct 8 in parallel with the flow direction of the air flowing in the bent duct 8. When the bent pipes 10 are laminated in the bent duct 8, the rigidity of the bent duct 8 can be increased. The fluid passing through the bent duct 8 passes in the star pipes formed in or between the bent pipes 10, thus a large-scale secondary flow can be prevented. The pressure fluctuation in the operating fluid flowing in a downstream duct of the bent duct 8 is reduced, and the vibration of a duct face plate caused by it is suppressed. The vibration of the bent duct 8 itself can be suppressed, thus an upper floor is not vibrated, and a comfortable vehicle space can be provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent large variation of pressure outside a vehicle from propagation to the inside of the vehicle by detecting the pressure variation only in the large pressure variation outside the vehicle to vary individually ands rapidly the ventilation flue area of a suction or exhaust air duct according to the detecting value. SOLUTION: A detecting means 14 measures always pressure variation outside a vehicle to input the information to a controller 13. The controller 13 judges the presence of the ecessity for the action of a ventilating air flow changing mechanism 2 or 11 on the basis of the data of inputted pressure variation outside the vehicle. When the controller 13 judges the necessity to be present, an air flow adusting blade provided in the ventilating air flow changing mechanism 2 or 11 is operated to change a ventilating flue area. For example, when the pressure outside the vehicle is abruptly lowered, the ventilating flue area is changed to reduce exhaust amount from the inside to the outside of the vehicle, so that the balance between suction and exhaust is maintained to retrain the pressure variation inside the vehicle.
