    • PURPOSE:To easily suppress the tortional vibrations of rotary shafts by forming elastic weight-correcting ring mounting recesses in the circumferential portion of the ends of wings and circumferential portion of discs. CONSTITUTION:This electric blower consists of an electric motor 1, and multi-wing fans 2, 3 of the same construction screwed into both sides of a shaft 4 of a rotor of the electric motor 1. The fans 2, 3 are symmetrically formed with respect to discs 10A, 11A, while the rotary shafts of the fans 2, 3 are symmetrically provided with respect to a core 5 of the rotor. Elastic weight-correcting ring mounting recesses 12, 15 are formed in the circumferential portion of reinforcing rings 6A-9A fixed to the end portions of wings 2a, 3a, and in the circumferential portion of the discs 10a, 11A. After assembling an electric blower, C-shaped elastic weight-correcting rings 13, 16 consisting of spring steel or piano wire of a suitable weight are mounted in the recesses 12, 15 so as to balance tortional vibrations. Thus, the tortional vibrations of the rotray shafts can be suppressed easily.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of fluid vibration owing to a strong shear flow and to effectively suppress the generation of resonant vibration by causing a branch part to form a staged piping with a large bore wherein connection is made through a smooth pipe wall having a low curvature. CONSTITUTION:In a branch pipe system 3, a branch part forms a stage piping 3b with a large bore where a straight pipe 3a and a branch pipe 3c are interconnected through a smooth pipe wall having a low curvature. Since the inner wall of the branch part is a smooth curved surface having a low curvature, the length of a flow passage having a strong shear flow is not specified as the non-steady characteristics of a flow. Thus, the frequency of an unstable wave generated due to a strong shear flow is also fluctuated with a time. Owing to the above, even when a flow in the straight pipe 3a is low or high, the generation of strong vibration is suppressed. Further, The generation of resonance is completely prohibited in a way that the length of the staged piping is set to a proper value based on natural vibration of a fluid vibration system in the branch pipe 3c.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the spectrum characteristic of the inherent frequency of a structure and to instantaneously measure one arbitrary inherent frequency, by setting a condition for generating self-excited vibration to the self-excited vibration circuit of a closed circuit containing the structure to operate said circuit. CONSTITUTION:A vibration sensor 2 for detecting the vibration of an object to be measured and an electromagnet exciter 4 for exciting the body 1 to be measured are arranged to the object (1) to be measured (structure) and the vibration sensor 2 is connected to a signal processor 3 constituted by connecting a signal amplifying part 5, a delay circuit part 6, a band filter part 7 and a power amplifying part 8. Herein, when a delay time and a filter width are set so as to satisfy a specific condition, positive work is performed to the object 1 to be measured from the exciter 4 and work load becomes max. to generate self-excited vibration. After inherent frequency is measured, proper band frequency is reset and a delay time is properly set. Whereupon, measurement is continued without changing the set condition to the inherent frequency changing small to obtain an inherent vibration spectrum characteristic and specific inherent frequency can be instantaneously measured.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate a vibration test and to contrive to reduce the cost of said test, by a method wherein a magnet is arranged to the stationary structure in the vicinity of a blade and an attraction piece comprising a magnetic body is provided to the blade so as to leave a proper interval from said magnet and impulse like exciting force is applied to the blade during rotation by the attraction force between the magnet and the attraction piece. CONSTITUTION:A rotor consisting of a blade 1 to be tested, a wheel disc 2 and an axle 3 is received in a wheel disc chamber 28 held under vacuum and a magnet device 30 is fixed to the side wall of the wheel disc chamber 28 at the position corresponding to the attraction plate comprising a magnetic body arranged to the blade 1. Because a magnetic circuit is formed between the magnet 32 of the magnet device 30 and the attraction plate 31 of the blade 1 so as to provide a proper interval between both of them, cyclical impulse force is acted on one blade by magnetic attraction force when the blade 1 rotates to vibrate the blade 1. Then, by taking out the output of the strain gauge adhered to the blade 1 by a slip ring 27 while the number of rotations are changed, vibration is measured. By this method, the vibration of the blade at an arbitrary speed becomes possible and cost reduction can be contrived.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to display an excellent combustion performance and to reduce exhaustion of harmful substances in the entire operation including the ignition for starting the gas turbine and the changeover of the fuel by making variable first- stage combustion air and second-stage combustion air. CONSTITUTION:A combustor 51 is provided on its upstream side with a first stage combustion chamber A and on its downstream side with a second-stage combustion chamber B. The first-stage combustion chamber B is formed by a first-stage combustion cylinder 1 having a plurality of combustion air ports 2 around its peripheral wall and an annular space formed by inserting an inner cylindrical cone 5 on the substantially same axis as the first stage combustion cylinder 1. The second stage combustion chamber B opens a second stage combustion air flowpath consisting of an inner peripheral ring 9, an outer peripheral ring 8 and a turning vane 7, on the outer peripheral side of a donwstream end portion of the first stage combustion cylinder 1, and is formed as a space encircled by a second stage combustion cylinder 12 provided on the outside of the outer peripheral ring 8. A slide ring 16 is moved axially of the burner by a link mechanism whereby it is possible to make variable the variable opening areas of the first and second stages. Hence, while excellently maintaining combustion, the changeover of the combustion can be carried out.
