These compounds have a half decay exposure quantity as small as 10 luxes. second or less and this value does not change after 1,000 times repetitions, permitting them to be applied to a copier, display elements, printing plates, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE:Title composition which is not corrosive to metals and with which high- speed printing on a substrate such as paper, metal, glass or plastics is possible, comprising a lower alcohol, an organic solvent and a dye which is soluble in the solvent and lithium nitrate. CONSTITUTION:About 20-60wt% of (a) a lower alcohol such as methanol or ethanol and about 80-40wt% of (b) an organic solvent such as ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, butanol, xylene, cyclohexanone or butyl acetate are mixed. To the resulting solvent mixture are added about 0.5- 5wt% of (c) a dye which is soluble in the solvent mixture, or pref., a dye accepted as a food additive or a metallized dye, and about 0.2-4wt% of (d) lithium nitrate, which is added to provide good conductivity. Further, a surfactant and various resins are added to the resulting mixture to produce the composition of the purpose.

For example, chlorinated Dian blue (absorption maxinum about 600nm, charge generating material) and the styril base dyes shown by formula IV (absorption maximum about 400nm, charge carrier material) are used in combination.

The cinnamamide derivative is dehydrated with tosyl chloride to give the objective compound of formula I.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of offset to rolls in powder toner fixing of an electrophotographic process by forming the heat fixing roll with the silicone rubber containing fine powder silica adsorbed with silicone oil. CONSTITUTION:An oil compound is formed by adding about 10 to 20 wt.% of fine powder silica (preferably about several tens nm in particle size) to a silicone oil of superior high temperature stability such as dimethyl silicone oil or methyl phenyl silicone oil. This is then incorporated at about 10 to 15 wt.% into silicone rubber (preferably room temperature curing type) and the compound is molded and crosslinked to form the heat fixing roll. It is desirable that the abovementioned oil compound exist more in the portions closer to the central part of the roll and it is recommended to laminated and form the oil compound rich rubber layer and the coil compound poor rubber layer in this order on the roll base.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the water resistance of heat-sensitve layer and achieve the improvement in can-stability by using hydroxy ethyl cellulose and diisobutylene- maleic anhydride copolymer as a binder. CONSTITUTION:Hydroxyl ethyl cellulose and the diisobutylene-maleic anhydride copolymer of the formula are dissolved in water of 1:1 to 20 based on weight. An aqueous dispersion in which phenol base compound is separated and an aqueous dispersion comprising dispersing intermediate dye substance in another aqueous solution are mixed in this aqueous solution. The mixture is then coated on sheet surface as a base and is then dried, whereby the heat-sensitive layer is formed. With this heat-sensitive recording sheet, its hot time contact with the phenol base compound causes the dye intermediate product to react and form colors.
