摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate a disposal operation by setting up a double-structural impurity elimination disposal floating body making an interval between both inner and outer shells of its treated water in addition to a wastewater disposal carrier, first eliminating impurities with this floating body and feeding the carrier with wastewater, and after washing the impurities with water of the tank in the floating body, making it so as to be used for reclamation. CONSTITUTION:An impurity elimination disposal floating body 10, formed into a double structure and provided with impurity eliminating equipment formed with a treated water tank 13 between both inner and outer shells 11 and 12, is installed in addition to a wastewater disposal carrier 1, and this carrier 1 is floated on the sea together with the floating body. Then, wastewater containing impurities such as earth and sand or the like is loaded on the floating body 10, performing eliminating treatment of the impurities takes place, and the wastewater eliminated of the impurities is fed to the carrier 1. The impurities left behind in the floating body 10 is washed by water in the treated water tank 13, and then it is used for reclamation at a dumping site. With this constitution, a disposal operation becomes facilitated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce thermal NOX through slow combustion by forming a secondary fuel-distributing chamber in the fixing means and by providing a plurality of secondary fuel nozzles extending from the secondary fuel-distributing chamber and along the outer side of the main body of a gas burner and having nozzle openings near the ejection openings of the gas burner in a setup to diffuse the secondary fuel as it is ejected from the nozzle openings. CONSTITUTION:When primary fuel A is blown into an outer end opening 6b from a primary fuel nozzle 16, primary air B is drawn in by the ejector action at a venturi tube section 6. The primary fuel A and the primary air B are preliminarily mixed to form a fuel-air premix C, which is ejected into the furnace 10 through ejection openings 8 in a primary gas nozzle 5 to form a stabilized flat flame. The air drawn in amounts to 80 to 90% of the total of the air required for the primary and the secondary fuel. The combustion is thinly supplied with fuel so that the formation of thermal NOX is suppressed. The secondary fuel D in a secondary fuel-distributing chamber 13 flows through secondary fuel nozzles 20 to the openings 22 of the respective secondary gas tips 21 and is diffused into the periphery of the primary gas nozzle 5. The secondary fuel D is ejected in a manner of diffusion without being premixed with air and made to burn slowly. The combustion is slow and stabilized, free from peaks in temperature, and results in the reduction of thermal NOX.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce loss of heat energy to the least by providing a dehumidifier and an air heater between a desulfurizing apparatus and a stack, drying waste gas by dehumidification, and heating combustion air by the heat of the waste gas. CONSTITUTION:Waste gas from a boiler 1 is transported to a desulfurizing apparatus 4 after lowering its temp. through a dust collector 2 and an air preheater 3. The waste gas treated in the desulfurizing apparates 4 and saturated with water is fed to a rotary dehumidifier 6 provided with a rotary body having a dehumidifying agent such as silica gel, etc., adhered thereto. The treated waste gas which has been dehumidified and heated by the heat of adsorption generated simultaneously with dehumidification is fed to a rotary air heater 7, wherein the gas is cooled by exchanging the heat with external air introduced as combustion air, and discharged to atmospheric air through a stack 8. Since the discharged treated waste gas is dry, there is no fear for generating white smoke. On one hand, the air at elevated temp. by heating with the air heater 7 is heated further in a heat exchanger 10, and introduced into the dehumidifier 6, where the dehumidifying agent is regenerated, then the air is transported to the air preheater 3.
