摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items by applying a signal from a sensor to a motor-driven pump, automatically stopping oil supply when detected that oil supply of the motor-driven pump reaches a specified amount, and automatically stopping oil supply when fuel in the supply side tank of a vehicle outside is emptied while supplying oil. SOLUTION: When a start switch 11 is switched ON, the motor of a motor- driven pump main body 6 is rotated, and fuel is pumped up from an external supply side tank 7 and supplied to a fuel tank 5 through a pipe 8 and a discharge pipe 8. When a liquid level sensor 4 in the fuel tank 5 is lifted by this fuel supply, and the fuel tank 5 is made to be full, a signal is inputted from the liquid level sensor 4 to a controller 10 through a coupler 12 so as to stop the pump main body 6, when the inside of the external supply side tank 7 is emptied before the fuel tank 5 to be mounted on a vehicle is fully filled with fuel, the pump 6 is idled, and when temperature is raised by friction between an impeller and a housing cap and becomes at a set temperature or more, the pump 6 is stopped. Hereby, the number of part items can be reduced so as to miniaturize the pump.

摘要： PURPOSE:To avoid destruction of data on a dynamic RAM by initializing only a circuit excluding those circuit that undergo time control in case of resetting other than a power ON resetting. CONSTITUTION:A manual reset signal r2 is produced from three control signals RES, BRTRY and NMI and then supplied to all circuits excluding a refresh controller 2 and bus arbiter 4. In other words, the controller 2 is not initialized in a manual reset mode and at the same time the bus right is delivered to the controller 2 from a CPU1 via the bus arbiter 4. Thus a refreshing action can be continued to an external dynamic RAM. Furthermore this refreshing action is continuous without reloading data after a reset period since a control register, etc., are not initialized within the controller 2.
