摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shot peening device allowing free adjustment of a required peening width and capable of peening a surface having an arbitrary angle to a setting direction of a nozzle. SOLUTION: In this shot peening device, the tip of the nozzle 3 jetting shots is provided with an angular tube-shaped diffuser 5 having at least one diffusing body 6 as shown in Fig. 1. The diffusing body 6 is fixed to the inner face of the diffuser 5 with a gap 10 in the width and thickness direction not to close a diffuser opening part 12 jetting the shots. In the case that plural diffusing bodies 6 are provided, the respective diffusing bodies 6 have different apex angles. A shot collection head is provided around the diffuser 5.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a proper injection distance region and to vertically inject in the axial direction of a control rod driving housing by placing an oscillating center of a nozzle at a position separated from a straight line connecting a center of the control rod driving housing on which a water jet peening device is placed and a center of the control rod driving housing to perform water jet peening to each other. SOLUTION: WJP(water jet peening) is carried out toward ICM.HSG1.1 (reactor core monitor housing) from a nozzle an oscillating center of which is placed on a position separated from straight line A.A and B.B connecting a center of control rod driving housings (CRD.HSG)2.1 and 2.2 on which a water jet peening(WJP) device 3 is placed and a center of the reactor core monitor housing (ICM.HSG)1.1 to each other. Consequently, it is possible to secure a proper jetting distance region 80-200 mm even in the case where the smallest distance between an ICM.HSG surface and a CRD.HSG surface is small. Accordingly, it is possible to jet in the proper jetting distance region in a state where the nozzle 4 is vertically directed in the axial direction of ICM.HSG.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently improve the residual stress of a narrowed weld by installing a second arm to the tip of a first arm, rotating it or moving it radially and vertically, and injecting cavitation bubbles through an injection nozzle on the tip of the second arm. SOLUTION: The intermediate drum 21 of a rotating body is connected to the lower tip of a fixed structure installed to a CRD guide pipe in the lower part of a reactor core support plate. A vertically movable core 22 is mounted on the intermediate drum 21, and the base of a first arm 24 is installed thereto. The arm 24 is made radially expansible and contractible, so that a second arm 28 having an injection nozzle 27 is drawn into the device by contracting the arm 24. The nozzle 27 is raised and lowered through the arms 24, 28 by the core 22. When the arm 28 is radially extended by the arm 24, and reaches near a shroud wall, the arm 28 is vertically inserted to a narrowed part by the core 22. Cavitation bubbles are injected and collided to a weld narrowed part between the shroud inner wall, and an upper lattice plate through the nozzle 27 at the tip.

A screw which fits the size of the female screw is fitted in a taper part from the shroud outer surface part by using a thread fastening device which is suspended from the crane and can be remote- operated. The tapered pin 300 and the contact plate 200 are fixed to a defective part 100.

CONSTITUTION:The reinforcing plate 4 for a shroud 1 is fixed between a reactor pressure vessel 2 and the shroud 1 from the outer surface side of the shroud 1. The reinforcing plate 4 is fixed to the outer surface thereof with a block 4a having a groove 4b for fixing a block 5 for receiving the horizontal load upon occurrence of earthquake. The reinforcing plate 4 integrated with the block 4a is then fixed to the outer surface of the shroud 1 and the block 5 is fitted from above through the groove 4b. Subsequently, a bolt 6 is inserted and the block 5 is tightened. An elongated bolt hole is employed so that the blocks 5 and 4a can come into surface contact with each other upon occurrence of horizontal load due to earthquake.

When a control rod driving mechanism 16 is rotated around its rear shaft, the side surfaces of the claws of the outer tube part of the control rod driving mechanism 16 contact the side surfaces of the projected stoppers 14c to restrict the rotation, complete positioning, and simultaneously complete connecting operation. When the stoppers 14c contact the groove parts of the outer tube parts of the control rod driving mechanism, the rotation is restricted, positioning is completed, a connection released state is simultaneously produced, the control rod driving mechanism 16 is lowered to enable removal.
