    • PURPOSE:To improve a thermal efficiency under a partial load and reduce a concentration in discharging NO2 by a method wherein a flow rate control valve is installed at an inlet of an inner cylinder flow passage of air for making pre-mixture gas with fuel, a downstream side of the inner cylinder is provided with a bypass valve and then the opening of each of the flow rate control valve and the bypass valve is controlled in response to a flow rate of fuel. CONSTITUTION:A fuel flow rate F1 at a fuel nozzle 107 is measured by a flow meter 132, a fuel flow rate F2 at a fuel nozzle 101 is measured by a flow meter 134. These flow rates are corrected in references to a temperature of surrounding air and an amount of suction air of a compressor 121 so as to get corrected fuel flow rates F1* and F2*, respectively. Then, F1*+F2* is compared with a constant value K and when a relation of F1*+F2* K is attained, a fuel flow rate correction value F2* is compared with a constant value A and in turn a relation of F2* A is attained, a rotational angle of each of motors 152 and 162 is controlled in such a way that opening of the flow rate control valve 104 is proportional to F2*/F2max* and the opening of the bypass valve 105 is proportional to (F2max*-F2max*)/F2max*.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent cooling of a film from being affected by heat shielding coating and to enable decrease of the temperature of a liner wall surface, by a method wherein heat insulation coating is applied on a liner metal wall except a portion which is located on the downstream side of an injection nozzle for filmy air and extends a distance being 2 times as long as the height of an injection nozzle for filmy air. CONSTITUTION:A portion, extending by a distance l from the forward end of a lip 2 having film cooling structure, is prevented from being coated with a seal material 6. Coating is effected such that a spray nozzle 9 for a coating material is directed in a direction extending orthogonal to that of a liner wall surface 1, and this causes formation of a coated layer 5. From a point of view that the flow of a cooling air is uniformized, a contraction part and an expansion part formed right after the forward end of a lip may be prevented from formation, and heat shielding coating may be applied withing a range of a ratio of l/S being 2 or more. Thus, if a device is structured such that no heat shielding coating is applied within a range of a ratio of l/S being 2 or less, no effect by heat shielding coating is prevented from being exercised on cooling of a film, and this enables to display heat shielding properties being intrinsic in heat shielding coating.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive a reduction of NOx, by so constituting the titled combustor that mixing of fuel with a large quantity of air in an early stage wherein combustion is being progressed and low-temperature combustion is performed always under a diluted state of the fuel, at the time of a partial load and a rated load. CONSTITUTION:As a fuel flow at the time of no load on a gas turbine is few to the extent of about a quater of that at the time of a rated load, a quantity of air corresponding to a logical quantity of the air can be secured with only the air 9a flowing in through an air hole 7a provided on a liner cap 21. Then at the time of no load wherein the fuel flow is few, stabilized combustion can be made to perform under such state. Next to the above matter, to reduce NOx under a state of a combustor from the time of a partial load to that of the rated load, an excess air ratio at a combustion sphere shall be made so as not to become close to 1. As air holes 7 provided on an inner cylinder 4 and a linear cap 21 are arranged in an axial direction, the lower the air flows downstream, the more the air flow becomes. Then to constitute the titled combustor so as to become the excess air ratios at respective positions in the axial direction of the inside of the inner cylinder 4 more than 1.1, it is good to supply fuel 8 in a dispersed state in order from injection ports 20 at an upstream side.
