    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible quick analysis and high sensitivity for gas analysis in a gas analyzer.
      SOLUTION: Vacuum valves 22, 24 are closed and a vacuum valve 30 is opened prior to start of the gas analysis to evacuate insides of an introducing pipe 14 and a branch pipe 26 by a vacuum pump 28, the vacuum valve 30 is closed and the vacuum valve 22 is opened to introduce analysis object gas generated from a load 16 into the introducing pipe 14 and to store it when the load 16 is mounted on a load receiver 18, the vacuum valve 24 is opened to deliver the analysis object gas in the inside of the pipe 14 to the gas analyzer 12 when pressure inside the introducing pipe 14 comes to pressure suitable for the analysis, and the gas analysis is carried out by as mass spectrometry apparatus 12.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous function and malfunction by detecting the internal failure of a series transformer based on the differential current between a series winding and an exciting winding and the current of circulation winding or the differential current between the circulation winding and the regulation winding of a regulation transformer. CONSTITUTION:A first relay element 51 decides an internal failure based on the differential current between the series winding 31a and the exciting winding 32a of a series transformer 3. A second relay element 52 decides an internal failure based on the current of a pair of circulation windings 33a, 34a connected in reverse parallel in the series transformer 3 or the differential current between the circulation windings 33a, 34b and the regulation winding 41a of a regulation transformer 4. Internal failure of the series transformer 3 is detected by the first and second relay elements 51, 52. This constitution allows positive detection only of the internal failure of the transformer 3 with no influence of magnetic saturation of the core of the transformer 3 thus preventing erroneous function and malfunction.

    • PURPOSE:To enable an installation area to be reduced, by connecting in series a second excitation winding with a tap winding via a tap changeover switch, which are provided in an auxiliary transformer, and by connecting the foregoing series circuit in parallel with a pair of terminals, which is drawn out from a first excitation winding to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A tie transformer is provided with a series transformer 4 and an auxiliary transformer 5. The series transformer 4 comprises a series winding S and a first excitation winding E1a. The auxiliary transformer 5 comprises a shunt winding C, a second excitation winding E2a, and a tap winding Tap. By the shunt winding C, another system (u) and a neutral point O (a terminal point O1), which have respectively the different voltages from each other, are connected. Further, a pair of terminals e2a, e2b, which is drawn out from the second excitation winding E2a and the tap winding Tap to the outside, is connected in parallel with a pair of terminals e1a, e1b, which is drawn out form the first excitation winding E1a provided in the series transformer 4 to the outside. Thereby, the series transformer, which is in connection with one system, one to every system, in conventional examples, is made unnecessary. Therefore, an entire configuration can be made compact, and a tie transformer, which enables its installation area to be reduced, is obtained.
