    • PURPOSE:To accurately recognize a microbe in the recognizer for sewage disposal by obtaining a binary picture from the video signal of the microbe in liq., measuring the size, number and occurence frequency of the microbe, classifying the length of a specified microbe and appropriately diagnosing the binary value to correct the binarization threshold. CONSTITUTION:An image pickup device 200 is dipped in the sewage in an aeration tank 110 to pick up the image of the microbe, and the video signal is inputted to a job side monitor 340 through a job site control panel 330 and simultaneously inputted to a picture processor 310 through a central control panel 300. The video signal is binarized by the processor 310, the identification size, number, occurence frequency, etc., of the microbe are calculated, and the microbes are classified. During the process, the processed image and calculated value are indicated on a control monitor 320, the state of the microbe is judged, and an abnormality signal is sent to a control circuit 500, and the factor affecting the propagation of filamentous microganism is controlled by the control circuit 500 based on the abnormality signal and the measured value of a water quality measuring means 510.

    • PURPOSE:To perform injection of a chemical correspondent to water quality value even in water quality at an unordinary time by predicting the quality of introduced water by fuzzy inference on the basis of the inferential rule relating to the change in water quality value of both the vicinity of the inlet of a water treating process and a remote place, turbidity, alkalinity, pH and flow rate value of raw water. CONSTITUTION:The signal of water quality value in the inlet part 20 of a channel well 10 is sent to an arithmetic circuit 23. On the other hand, the signal of water quality value of a remote place 21 is transmitted to a supervisory center 22 by a telemeter or the like. The water quality value sent to the supervisory center 22 is inputted to the arithmetic circuit 23 and compared with the water quality value of the inlet part 20 of the channel well 10 and calculated. The quality value of water introduced into the channel well 10 is conjectured in a fuzzy inferential circuit 24 on the basis of an inferential rule relating to fluctuation of the water quality value previously housed on a memory divide. The signal of the conjectured value is inputted to a sequencer 25. The signal of set value of a chemical injecting rate based on the predicted value of water quality is output to a chemical injecting device 26 from the sequencer 25. Chemical is injected into the channel well 10 or a rapidly admixing pond 11 from the device 26.
