    • PURPOSE:To suppress an electrical combination between two parallel input output terminals by connecting a ground conductor provided between two input output terminals of a microwave module to the ground conductor film at the rear surface of a circuit substrate through an earth pattern and a throughhole formed at the surface of the circuit substrate and grounding it to a bottom plate. CONSTITUTION:A microwave module 1 inserts a bottom part 2B into an angular recessed part 20 and a small screw 19 is screwed to a screw hole provided on the bottom surface of the angular recessed part 20 and fixed. Input output terminals 3, 4 and 5 are respectively connected to a corresponding strip line 11 by a thermal press-contacting or soldering, and a ground conductor 6 is connected to an earth pattern 40 by the thermal press-contacting or soldering. Consequently, the electrical clearance between a package side wall 24 and the strip line 11 comes to be smaller and the non-continuation of the impedance of the connecting part of the input output terminals 3, 4 and 5 and the strip line 11 hardly occurs. Further, since between a parallel pair of input output terminals 3 and the input output terminal 4, the ground circuit due the ground conductor 6 is parallelly constituted, the section between the input output terminals 3 and 4 is electrically interrupted and there is no danger that combination is executed.

The common substrate 6 formed with the resistive film 61 split into two at a center line in parallel with the resonators 5 made of a metallic film to the surface is inserted to the slit 52 of the adjacently arranged dielectric resonators 5, the lower end of the common substrate 6 is fitted to the slot 71 of the case 7 and the upper end is fitted to the slot 81 of the cover 8.

    • PURPOSE: To keep the impedance viewing a voltage supply line from a voltage varactor element high by constituting a part of the voltage supply line with a resistive element so as to make a current hardly flow when the line is coupled with a dielectric resonator.
      CONSTITUTION: The voltage supply circuit 12 consists of a resistive element 10 of 1/4 wavelength, a series connection of an open stub 8 of 1/4 wavelength to the element 10, and a choke connecting the connecting point between the said resistive element and the open stub 8 and a bias supply terminal. When the voltage supply line 12 and the dielectric resonator 1 are subject to magnetic field coupling as shown in one-dashed chain lines, since the coupled part is constituted with the resistive element, a current hardly flows. Then the coupling is loosened and the characteristic impedance of the voltage supply line 12 is not almost fluctuated, then high impedance is maintained. Further, a bias voltage is applied to a varactor diode 3 via the bias supply terminal, the choke 9 and the resistive element 10.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain an oscillator which has excellent transmission loss characteristics and operates stably by coupling an output line with a dielectric resonator through the same substrate with a transmission line, and providing the output line at the same side with the transmission line when its is viewed from the resonator.
      CONSTITUTION: The resonator 1 is formed in a thin disk shape and positioned so that a transmission line is opened at a position where the transmission line 3 is closest to the resonator 1. Then the output line 6 is coupled with the resonator through the same substrate with the line 3 and provided at the same side with the line 3 when viewed from the resonator 1. Consequently, the resonator 1 and line 6 are coupled together magnetically, but the lines 3 and 6 are put at a wider interval than the resonator 1 and line 3 so that their coupling is minimized. In this case, an oscillation output is led out of the line 6 effectively by passing type characteristics.

In adjusting the length of the transmission line 5 to be pi/4 to the signal in the frequency f1, the phase difference of the signals fed to the drain and gate is 90 deg.. As a result, the DC voltage extracted from a terminal 8 is 0. When the input frequency is changed, a detection signal in response to the phase change of the leakage signal reflected at the resonator 10 is obtained at the terminal 8.
