SOLUTION: The image forming substrate for forming a stereoscopic image by using the lenticular lens includes a support and an image receiving layer formed on the surface of the support. The surface of the image receiving layer has two areas which are different in affinity with respect to a predetermined ink and are arranged so that at least one area has an aspect ratio of 1.8 or more and the long axis direction of the one area is almost parallel with the longitudinal direction of a cylindrical lens constituting the lenticular lens.
