SOLUTION: The fixing device is provided with a rotatable fixing roller 61, an endless belt 62 which is movable in contact with the fixing roller 61 and has grooves formed on the inner peripheral surface and a pressure pad 64 which is arranged on the inside of the endless belt 62, brings the endless belt 62 into pressure contact with the fixing roller 61 and forms a nip part N allowing a form P to pass therethrough between the fixing roller 61 and the endless belt 62.
