      SOLUTION: In the IC card on which an electronic device including IC tips and the battery for providing electric energy required for operation of the electronic device are mounted, as this built-in battery, the battery is applied wherein an acidic medium 2 at which a first electrode is arranged as a power generating part and a basic medium 4 in which a second electrode 3 is arranged are provided, wherein the acidic medium 2 and the basic medium 4 are installed adjacent or near to each other, and wherein reactants are contained in at least either of the acidic medium 2 and the basic medium 4.
