摘要： PURPOSE:To economically form a negative type electron beam redord, by exposing uniformly a photosensitive layer using o-quinonediazide with a specified second component incorporated, then writing information by electron beams, and developing the written information with an alkaline water. CONSTITUTION:A second component (b), such as amines, 5-membered cyclic compounds represented by the formula, or spriro-compounds for lowering solubility of electron beam irradiated areas in a developing solution is incorporated with o- quinonediazide (a), such as 2,2'-dihydroxy-diphenyl-bis-(naphtohquinone-1,2-diazide-5-sulfonic acid ester, and this mixture is coated and dried on a substrate to form a photosensitive layer. This layer is exposed uniformly in whole to rays within about 290-500 nm wavelengths active against o-quinonediazide, then irradiated by electron beam modulated by information signals, and developed in an aqueous solution containing alkali, such as caustic soda or ethanolamine.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a thermal recording material which enables high sensitive recording even employing a beam with a small energy density by means of a chlorinized polyolefin layer provided in contact with the recording layer. CONSTITUTION:A support member 10 such as polyethyleneterephthalate film is superlaid with a layer 13 0.05 to 10mu thick made of chloriated polyolefin (chlorinated polyethylene, chloriated polypropylene or the like) with a chlorination rate exceeding 30% on which is laminated a recording film layer 11 about 300 to 1,500Angstrom thick made of Sn, Bi, In or the like. Finally, a compound layer 12 about 50 to 1,000Angstrom thick made of PbO, Wo3 or the like is provided on the layer to produce a thermal recording material. A chlorinated polyolefin layer about 0.2 to 10mu may be provided on the upper most layer of the recording material for protection.

摘要： PURPOSE:To miniaturize automatic developing apparatus, reduce the cost, and decrease the number of check points, by processing the picture image forming material using photosensitive resin composition, after exposure and development, with an organic solvent which can be mixed with water or a mixture solution of said organic solvent and water. CONSTITUTION:Preferably a photo polymerizing photosensitive resin composition layer is provided on a proper supporting body by a thickness of about 0.5 to 10 mum. This picture image forming material is, after being exposed, developed in an alkaline aqueous solution. After being washed in water or not, the picture image forming material is processed with an organic solvent which may be mixed with water, or a mixture solution mixed with this organic solvent preferably 0.5 to 7 volume parts of this organic solvent for 100 volume parts of water. Thus, it is not necessary to rub out the non-picture image parts of the photosensitive resin composition layer to be removed by means of brush or sponge in the developing or washing process.

CONSTITUTION:On metal, glass, or the like substrate 1, room temperature-nonadhesive 0.5-500 mu thick photosensitive composition layer 2 is formed consisiting of a diazionium compound or an aromatic azide compound as a photosensitive material and a binder polymer, such as polyvinyl-butyral, and this layer 2 is imagewise exposed through an exposure original. Next, 10 mu - 2 mm thick flexible stripping developing carrier 4 of nonadhesivity at room temperature, made of a plastic film, such as polyvinylchloride or polystyrene is overlaid on layer 2, heat bonded at 60-300 deg.C, and then stripped at from room temperature to 200 deg.C, resulting in forming a negative relief image of exposed portion 2' attached to carrier 4 and a positive relief image of unexposed portion 2 attached to substrate 1.

At that time, exposed portion 2' is attached to carrier 4, and nonexposed portion 2 to substrate 1, resulting in forming a negative relief image and a positive relief image, respectively. The above stripping is carried out preferably at a stripping speed of about 0.1-100 cm/second, and at a stripping angle of about 15- 160 deg..

CONSTITUTION:There is formed on a substrate of thin sheet of plastics, glass or metal an organic substance layer which is made of such a substance as is in solid state at a room temperature and as has a melting or sublimation (or decomposing) temperature of about 50 to 350 deg.C, e.g., myristic, fumaric or salicylic acid. Metal such as aluminum, antimony or beryllium is evaporated to form a metal layer having a thckness of about 30 nm to 1 microns. Then, a composite of a photosensitive resin containing diazonium salt or ortho-quinone diazido is applied to form a photosensitive resin layer having a thickness of about 0.5 to 50 microns. Finally, a cover film of polyethylene terephthalate polypropyrene film having a thickness of about 5 to 100 microns is used to form a peeling development type photosensitive material.
