    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently warm up a vehicle cabin and an engine at the time of starting the engine at a cold district or the like by integrally constituting an auxiliary equipment and a viscous heater with an auxiliary equipment housing also serving as a heater housing and/or an auxiliary equipment shaft also serving as a heater drive shaft. SOLUTION: When a drive shaft 13 drives an engine by an idler pulley 14, the rotor 15 of a viscous heater VH makes a rotational movement inside a heat generating room 8. Meantime, circulating water in a main water jacket circulates by a water pump being driven by a water pump pulley and silicone oil generates heat by shearing in a space between the wall of the heat generating room 8 and the outer surface of the rotor 15. The silicone oil heat generation is forced to make heat exchange by circulating water circulating inside an auxiliary water jacket WJ2 of the viscous heater VH. The heated circulating water circulates in a heater core through an auxiliary channel. Thus a cabin is warmed up by the heat generated by the engine and the viscous heater VH.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous fluid heater for which lubricating failure can hardly occur even in a post durability period after a long time use by providing an intervening object between a heat generating chamber and a bearing device. SOLUTION: A shaft sealing device 10 as a first intervening object is provided, being adjacent to a heat generating chamber 7, in a front housing 1. In a viscous fluid heater assembled in a vehicle heater, since a rotor 13 is rotated in the heat generating chamber 7 when a driving shaft 12 is driven by an engine via a pulley 15, silicone oil is heated in a gap between the wall surface of the heat generating chamber 7 and the outer surface of the rotor 3 by shearing. This generated heat is heat-exchanged by circulating water inside a rear water jacket RW and the heated circulating water is used for the heating of the vehicle by a heating circuit. At this time, although the silicone is thermally expanded in the heat generating chamber 7, its movement is regulated by a rubber material pressed against the driving shaft 12 side by the garter spring of the shaft sealing device 10 and no movement is made to a bearing device 11. Thus, a possibility of pushing out greases in the bearing device 11 to the outside is prevented.

A dry compressed air supply device which comprises this drain processing device 3 arranged between a discharge section of an air compressor and air drier and stores the drain water generated by an air drier in the storage section 31 so as to make hot compressed air discharged from the air compressor flow in the passage 32 can effectively evaporate drain water by effectively exchanging heat between the drain water and hot compressed air through a plurality of the projected bodies 35a.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts so as to form a device in a compact size by interlockingly connecting an air compressor and the refrigerating compressor of a refrigeration type dryer to a common driving power supply, in a device for dehumidifying and drying air which is compressed by an air compressor by means of a refrigeration type dryer. CONSTITUTION:The whole of a device consists of a driving motor 1, an air compressor 2, an after cooler 3, and a refrigeration type dryer 4. The refrigeration type dryer 4 consists of a refrigerating compressor 41, a condenser 42, an expansion valve 43, and an evaporator 44. And the air compressor 2, the driving motor 1, and the refrigerating compressor 41 are provided in parallel around the driving motor 1. The first pulley 1a of the driving motor 1 is connected to the second pulley 2a of the air compressor 2 through a first V-belt 5, and also the third pulley 1b of the driving motor 1 is connected to the fourth pulley 41a of the refrigerating compressor 41 through a second V-belt 6. Namely, the air compressor 2 and the refrigerating compressor 41 are interlockingly connected to the common driving motor 1.
