    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust and make operation of ammonia injection and scattering easy by arranging plural broad division distribution control valves each for an ammonia supply quantity per section in a waste duct which is divided in plural sections and connecting at least two injection pipes by which ammonia distribution control can be made per valve to the valves downstream thereof. SOLUTION: Broad division distribution valves 2 corresponding to broad divisions in a waste gas duct 6 are each provided with an orifice 3a of a flow meter, and at least two ammonia injection pipes 5 are installed per broad division distribution valve 2. Medium division distribution valve 4 is installed per ammonia injection pipe 5. First, the broad division distribution valves 2 are used to adjust NOx concentration distribution at an outlet of a denitrification device so that the average is equal per zone of the outlet zone. Since the number of the broad division distribution valves 2 is small, adjustment operation of injection scattering of ammonia is relatively easily done. Adjustment of NOx concentration varying in the broad divisions of the duct is made by the medium division distribution valves 4, and as a result, highly accurate and easy operation of injection scattering is done, and denitrificating efficiency and work efficiency are improved.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a waste gas denitration apparatus capable of performing stable operation continuously for a long period by constructing the apparatus to have a duct structure capable of separating and removing large sized dust grains contained in waste combustion gas continuously and efficiently and preventing clogging of a denitration catalyst bed and deterioration of the performance of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A flue for waste gas at the upstream side of a denitration reactor 3 housing the catalyst bed 8 is constructed to have a duct structure having a rising part which changes the direction of the stream of the waste gas from almost horizontal direction to vertical direction. A sectional area of the horizontal duct 1 is designed to be smaller than a sectional area of the vertical duct 2, thus the flow rate of the waste gas in the vertical duct 2 is lessened so as to facilitate falling of the large sized dust grains contained in the waste gas. Further, a hopper 6 for collecting the large sized dust and a means 7 for discharging the large sized dust collected in the hopper 6 out of the duct system are provided to below the vertical duct 2. Or, a withdrawing duct having a flow rate controlling means for withdrawing the large sized dust is provided to a dust discharging line provided to the down stream side of the denitration reactor 3.
