    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suppress flaws generated when an electrostatic charge carrier leaked from a magnetic brush is pressed thereto at the time of transfer by mainly forming the surface layer of an electrophotographic photoreceptor of a three-dimensionally crosslinked and deposited resin and specifying the hardness thereof. SOLUTION: The surface layer of this electrophotographic photoreceptor is mainly composed of the three-dimensionally crosslinked and deposited resin. The curve indicating the relation between the hardness H and the indentation depth (h) of an indenter in a surface film property test to the surface layer does not have an inflection point and the universal hardness value is >=200. If the layer forming the surface layer is a single layer structure, the thickness of the single layer photosensitive layer is 5 to 100 μm and is more preferably 10 to 60 μm. A charge generating material or charge transfer material is incorporated at a ratio of 20 to 80 wt.%, more preferably 30 to 70 wt.%. In the case of a laminated structure the film thickness of the charge generating layer is 0.001 to 6 μm, more preferably 0.01 to 2 μm. The content of the charge generating material is 10 to 100 wt.% more preferably 40 to 100 wt.%.
