The base paper 3 payed out of the supply spool 5 is spread through a platen 21, a supply guide roller 23, and a take-up guide roller 25. In this case, a cylindrical guide 31 is formed in the upper part of the housing 1 in the center thereof. A grip unit 32 serving as a moving means is vertically movably fitted over the cylindrical guide 31. An ink pad holder 49 vertically moved in an ink pad cartridge 47 is mounted under the grip unit 32. Ink infiltrated in an ink pad 51 is oozed out of a perforated part of the base paper 3, whereby an image is transferred to printing paper.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a small-size portable stamp device capable of invariantly setting a seal with a constant printing quality. CONSTITUTION: Heat-sensitive stencil base paper with an image perforated is provided on one surface of an ink pad 51. The other surface is supported by an ink pad holder 49. A grip 33 is mounted on the ink pad 51 through a cylindrical member. A housing 1 is mounted slidably in the direction of an axis connecting the ink pad 51 to the grip 33. By pressing down the grip 33 on a medium to be printed, the ink pad 51 is compressed, and an image is transferred through the heat-sensitive stencil base paper. At this time, if further pressing down the ink pad 51 is attempted, an abutting part 33c of the grip 33 abuts on an upper end face 31a of a cylindrical guide 31 of the housing 1, thereby preventing the ink pad 51 from being further compressed.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of ink stains and printing irregularities by a method wherein heat-sensitive stencil base paper made by a hot melting system is fed to a position opposed to an ink-impregnated body, and the ink- impregnated body is moved under pressure on the heat-sensitive stencil base paper. CONSTITUTION:Heat-sensitive stencil base paper 3 formed by bonding a thermoplastic film 9 on a porous substrate 13 is payed out from a pay-out spool 5 to be taken up by a take-up spool 7 through a platen 21, a pay-out side guide roller 23, and a take-up side guide roller 25. Meanwhile, a thermal head 93 is abutted on the platen 21 through the base paper 3 and electrically conducted in this state, thereby thermally perforating the thermoplastic film 9 of the base paper 3. When a plate making process is completed in this manner, a grip 33 is pressed down to bring an ink pad 51 into close contact with the base paper 3. Ink in accordance with the elastic deformation amount of the ink pad 51 oozes out to printing paper 98 through the perforated part of the base paper 3, whereby an image is transferred to the printing paper 98.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate ink contamination or printing irregularity by a method wherein ink is uniformly applied to the porous support of heat-sensitive stencil paper and a base material having liquid impervious characteristics is superposed on the ink surface of said stencil paper and the heat-sensitive stencil paper is pressed on the side of the base material thereof to print the image corresponding to a perforated image on an arbitrary support by ink. CONSTITUTION:A thermal head 7 heats and melts the surface of the thermoplastic film 21 of base paper 1 corresponding to image data to form a perforated image. Since an ink coating roller 11 is rotated in the direction shown by an arrow C with the feed of the raw paper 1, ink 29 is supplied to the porous support of the base paper 1 from an ink sump 27. The ink 29 is spread in definite thickness by the gap between a squeezee 37 and a press roller 13 and the excessive ink 29 is returned to the ink sump 27. Next, the raw paper 1 is fed to a laminating roller 15 to be laminated to a base material 39. By pressing a screen printing apparatus so that the base paper 1 is opposed to printing paper 47, the ink 29 exudes from the perforated parts of the base paper to be transferred to the printing paper 47.

A cam lever 48 rotates to the right in accordance with a first cam face 80 of the cam 58 and transmits power to a head lever 36, thereby it is rotates with a head return spring 96 being extended, thus brining a thermal head 22 near to the side of a platen 14. A first cam face 80 corresponding to said stroke has a sharp gradient, thereby the thermal head 22 is moved quickly with a small rotary angle of the cam 58. When the thermal head 22 contacts with the platen 14, a head lever 36 can not rotate furthermore, but when the cam 58 rotates furthermore, a head press spring 46 deforms resiliently to produce a predetermined pushing force under a condition where said spring is fully extended. Second cam face 82 having a gentle gradient follows the first cam face 80, and provides a stable pressing force when it is combined with a third cam face 84.
