摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a binding device which binds long size materials like metallic wire rods, or hoses to be taken up on a reel. CONSTITUTION:This device is composed of an automatic binding machine 10 welding the end of a synthetic resin strap B after the strap B has been laid along a traveling road and a long size material A has been bound, and a reel 1 to wind up the long size material A. And guides 12, 13 having the same length with the distance between flanges 3, 3 of the winding-up reel 1 are fixed to the front face of the automatic binding machine 10. Paths 7, 9 are provided to pass through both flanges 3, 3 of the reel 1 and the drum shell 2. Both ends of the guides 12, 13 and both ends of paths 7, 9 are connected to each other to form the traveling road of synthetic resin trap B by these paths 7, 9 and the guides 12, 13.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a formed product by supporting a suction disk by a robot arm, and connecting a suction means to this suction disk. CONSTITUTION:A tube 14 having a suction disk 13 at the tip is supported by a rotatable, oscillatable, bendable and expansible arm 15 and arranged forward of a hopper 11 in an attachable/detachable manner to/from the hopper 11. The arm 15 is turned to make the suction disk 13 abut on an appropriate part in the hopper 11, and suction is made through a tube 16 to allow the suction disk 13 to be sucked to an oxide film A. When the arm 15 is gradually separated from the hopper 11, the oxide film A is peeled. This constitution allows the oxide film or the like to be peeled in a continuous condition without being scattered in small pieces.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy, an aluminum alloy wire, an aluminum alloy stranded wire, a covered electric wire, and a wire harness all having high toughness and high electrical conductivity; and a method of manufacturing an aluminum alloy wire.SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy wire includes: 0.005-2.2 mass% of Fe; and a remainder Al with impurities. The aluminum alloy wire may further include 0.005-1.0 mass% in total of at least one additive element selected from Mg, Si, Cu, Zn, Ni, Mn, Ag, Cr, and Zr. The Al alloy wire has an electrical conductivity of ≥58% IACS and an elongation of ≥10%. The Al alloy wire is manufactured through the successive steps of casting, rolling, wire drawing, and softening treatment. The softening treatment is performed to provide excellent toughness such as elongation and impact resistance, and consequently, fracture of the electric wire occurring in the vicinity of a terminal portion when the wire harness is installed can be reduced.

The aluminum alloy wire may further contain one or more kinds of additional element selected from among Mg, Si, Cu, Zn, Ni, Mn, Ag, Cr, and Zr in a total amount of 0.005 to 1.0 mass%. The Al alloy wire exhibits an electric conductivity of 58% IACS or above and an elongation of 10% or above. The Al alloy wire is produced via successive steps of casting, rolling, wire drawing, and softening treatment. Since the Al alloy wire is subjected to the softening treatment, the wire is excellent in toughness such as elongation and impact resistance, thus enabling reduction of fracture of the electric wire in the vicinity of a terminal portion when the wire harness is installed.

This preform 4 is internally chilled to form a composite member by setting it in a metal mold and pouring an aluminum alloy molten metal thereto.
