    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a passage structure by reversibly communicating both main passages by the opening or closing operation of a single main valve body, and to increase the flow rate by reducing pressure loss of fluid. SOLUTION: A valve chamber 38 on which a main valve port for comminuting a pair of main passages 36, 37 with each other is formed is provided on a valve main body 30. Shuttle valve ports 44, 45 are formed on both ends of a pilot inflow passage 43 whose both ends are communicated with both main passages 36, 37. A control valve port 53 is formed on a control passage communicated with the pilot inflow passage 43 through the back pressure side of the main valve chamber 38. A pair of pilot outflow passages 60, 61 to be communicated with a pair of main passages 36, 37 from respective control passages through check valve ports to be opened or closed by the check valve bodies are provided. A main valve body for blocking the main valve port by a spring 75 is provided on the main valve chamber 38. Shuttle valve bodies for opening or closing the shuttle valve ports 44, 45 on both ends of the pilot inflow passage 43 are so provided as to be freely slid. A control valve body to be operated by an electromagnetic device and for opening or closing the control valve port 53 is provided.

    • PURPOSE:To mitigate a shock by a main valve element at the time of the opening action of a valve port and improve duration by merely adding a piston to the conventional structure. CONSTITUTION:A main valve element 33 reciprocatably provided in the valve chest 28 of a valve main body 20 to open or close a valve port 27 is inserted into a throttle passage 34 communicated with a communicating path 26. A pilot valve element 46 opening or closing the valve port 30 of a pilot valve chest 31 is operated by the plunger 45 of an electromagnet 42. A piston 36 inserted into the throttle passage 37 is reciprocatably provided on the valve chest 28 to partition the valve chest 28 into the valve port 27 side and a pilot communicating path 29 side. A spring 40 is suspended between the piston 36 and the main valve element 33. Even when the piston 36 of the valve chest 28 is abruptly moved, the main valve element 33 is gradually moved, the fluid pressure difference among an inlet path 23, the main valve element 33, and the piston 36 is reduced, and the moving shock of the main valve element 33 is reduced. Only the piston 36 is added to the conventional solenoid valve, and a pilot type solenoid valve is obtained at a low cost.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric proportional valve, capable of minutely adjusting flow rate without complicated control while attaining reduction in manufacturing cost and size thereof. SOLUTION: The electric valve can be reduced in manufacturing cost and size. A rotating force output from a stepping motor 33 is transmitted to a bar-like spool 32 through a shaft 34, and the communication amount of a through-hole 71 and a communication path 38 is changed according to the rotation amount of the spool 32 without complicated control, whereby flow adjustment can be minutely performed. Leak of fluid in valve opening is permitted to some degree, whereby the structure is simplified, compared with a case using a ball-like valve element, a seal material or the like, and the rotating force necessary for drive can be reduced.
