摘要： PURPOSE:To make possible stable line drawing and prevent ink from penetrating into an adjacent zone by cutting a seamless ribbon with a cylindrical woven cloth obtained using hollow weaving technique, in the radial direction and forming a border line with a specific linear width using a solution dispersed with water or oil repellent polymer fine particles. CONSTITUTION:An ink ribbon with a border line formed in the longitudinal direction of a loop-shaped ribbon is manufactured. In this case, a seamless ribbon obtained by radially cutting a cylindrical woven cloth ribbon woven using hollow weaving technique is used. This ribbon is allowed to come in contact with the bottom of a pliable tank filled with a solution dispersed with water or oil repellent polymer fine particles and also having pin holes at the bottom. Thus a border line with a linear width of less than 0.6mm can be formed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the definition of printing and prevent hang-up of an ink ribbon at the corner of a hole on a mask and high spot phenomenon from occurring by a method wherein an ink ribbon is formed of a woven material which has non-plain texture, and a press-flattening treatment has been applied on the ink ribbon. CONSTITUTION:An impact type ink ribbon for printing is formed of a woven material which has non-plain texture, and also a press-flattening treatment is applied. For the non-plain texture, a twill weave texture, satin weave texture or variations of these textures can be considered. The woven material with non-plain texture is woven to be a flat texture and cut into a prescribed width, then by bonding both ends, it can be made into an endless ribbon. For warps and wefts, nylon multifilament yarn or polyester multifilament yarn, etc., is used. The woven material with non-plain texture is slightly thicker in thickness when composed with a woven material with plain texture; and therefore, a press treatment while heating to a certain degree by a calender roll, belt calender or other means is applied. By this method, the protruding condition of the warp or weft is alleviated, and hang-up is drastically suppressed.

Therefore, tying of the package is completed by adhering both sides of the tape to the top of the package forming an abutment or overlapping with each other.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable printing at an extremely high speed and printing in a high dot density, by laminating a woven fabric ribbon with a high molecular weight material film ribbon on one side thereof, and fusing the two ribbons to each other at both edges. CONSTITUTION:A woven fabric 1A and a high molecular weight material film 2A are paid out respectively from payout rolls 4, 5, are fed between laminating rollers 6, 6, and are taken up by a take-up roll 9 after being fusion-cut and sealed by heated cutters 3. As a result, ink ribbons are can be obtained each of which has a woven fabric ribbon 1 laminated with a high molecular weight material film ribbon 2 on one end thereof, both of the ribbons being fused to each other at both edges thereof. When the ink ribbon thus obtained is used for printing, the film ribbon 2 is intermediately disposed between a printing head and the woven fabric ribbon 1, so that printing clearness can be maintained even where a woven fabric with such fineness and yarn density as to impair the printing clearness is used. When the fineness of the woven fabric is lowered and the yarn density is increased, it is possible to cope with high-speed printing and printing with a large number of pins (e.g., 32 dots).
