    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to attach/detach a sheet such as ad-vertisment paper by single operation by forming a long case or the like respectively forming slits with width smaller than the diameter of a roller between the lower ends of upper and rear plates and a back plate. SOLUTION: Advertisement paper 13 is suspended only by inserting the upper part of the paper 13 from the slit 10 of the case 1 and holding the upper part of the paper 13 between the roller 2 and the back plate 6. In the case of detaching the paper 13, the paper 13 is removed only by pulling up the paper 13 to an upper oblique direction. Thereby the paper 3 is simply attached or detached by single operation. Since a part of the paper 13 is held and suspended between the roller 2 and the back plate 6, the paper 13 is not damaged even when the attachment/detachment of the paper 13 is repeated. Since the paper 13 is suspended in the back-and-forth direction by forming rollers 2 on the front and back positions of the plate 6 on the suspending device A, advertisement paper 13 only on a single side or both sides is simply substituted.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a ticket issuing device which can automatically issue even the special tickets in response to the operations of customers by providing a condition setting means, a clock means and a decision means on a setting device that is connected to the ticket issuing machines via the transmission cables. CONSTITUTION: A setting device 2 is connected to plural ticket issuing machines via the transmission cables 6-1 to 6-n . A sub-CPU 7 of the device 2 retrieves the current month calendar stored in a memory 8 to verify whether the current day is equal to a discount date of tickets. The sub-CPU 7 also retrieves the memory 8 to decide whether the present time is included in a time band set for issue of the discount tickets. If the present time is included in a daytime discount time band, this fact is shown at a variable display part 3. If the current day is equal to a holiday discount date and also the present time is included in a set discount ticket issuing time band, this fact is also shown at the part 3. Then the sub-CPU 7 outputs a discount signal ENBL to a changeover switch 5 when the present time is included in a holiday or daytime discount time band.

A window flange 14c on the outer side of the car which is substantially flush with a side plate 12 on the outer side of the car is provided at inner periphery on the outer side of the car of the window fringe 14 to receive a double-layer window glass 5 fitted in inner periphery 14d of the window fringe 14 from the inner side of the car so that outer periphery of the double-layer window glass 5 is covered from the outer side of the car. A seal material 16 is filled between the window flange 14c on the outer side of the car and the side plate 12 to bond an outer peripheral section of the double-layer window glass 5 with the inner periphery 14d of the window fringe 14 and an inner face of the window flange 14c on the outer side of the car by using seal materials 17, 18.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce noise by forming outer surfaces of front and rear walls of a windshield cover in an inner recess shape as seen in a plan view. CONSTITUTION:When a train 2 is made to travel as the leading side, a flow of the air is generated along a roof 2a. The air flows along left and right sidewalls 18, 19 of a windshield cover 12 to become a flow toward an upper side along a front wall 14 inclined and raised inside the cover 12. In this case, since the wall 14 is formed in a recess state at a center of an outer surface 14a, the air flow is sufficiently raised above a current collecting shoe 9 by the cover 12 necessary to isolate at a necessary insulating interval from the shoe 9. Accordingly, the air flow does not operated concentrically at both sides of the shoe 9. Thus, the speed of the air in contact with the shoe 9 is reduced, karman vortex streets generated on a back surface side of the shoe 9 is alleviated to suppress air noise.
