摘要： PURPOSE:To vertically suspend a leader all the time by a method in which the tip of a supporting arm with connectors whose tips are projected from a boom head and enter a leader is rotatably positioned on the central axis of the leader. CONSTITUTION:A sheave 2 is provided to a boom head connected to the tip of a boom, and a fitting seat 3 to fix a supporting arm 4 is formed on the top of the head 1.
