    • PURPOSE: To simplify operation of a fixed device of expansion legs for a ladder, stepladder, etc., by providing the expansion legs having a rack on the lower ends of side frames of the ladder, stepladder, etc., at the same time, energizing an interlocking member having interlocking teeth with a spring, and making it possible to release the interlock with the rack in the case of expansion. CONSTITUTION: Expansion legs 10 equipped with a rack 13 are provided to the lower ends of a pair of side frames 4, at the same time, an interlocking member 28 equipped with interlocking teeth 29 with the rack 13 and an operating section 30 is energized with a coil spring 31 and is pivoted 27 in a turnable manner. In case the expansion legs 10 are pulled out, the interlocking teeth 29 are released from the rack 13, the expansion legs 10 are forcedly pushed by the spring 31 to interlock after the extension and, at the same time, force acts on the shortening of the expansion legs, they are made to act as wedges. In the case the legs are further shortened, the operating section 30 is pushed to release the interlock with the rack 13, the legs 10 are pushed in. By the constitution, the expansion operation of the legs is simplified and, at the same time, the unsteadiness of the legs can be prevented, and the stability of them can be promoted.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a suspended scaffold member lightweight with high safety enabling the use of a tread member lightweight even though low in rigidity. CONSTITUTION:Both end parts of a pair of main members 3 are connected by connecting members 4 to form a base frame 2. At the intermediate parts of the base frame 2, auxiliary connecting members 6 are disposed at appropriate spaces apart between a pair of main members 3, and a tread member 9 is disposed on the auxiliary connecting members 6. In such a suspended scaffold member 1, shoulder parts 5 are formed recessed at the mutually opposed inner part upper ends of a pair of main members 3. The shoulder part 5 and the upper face of the auxiliary connecting member 6 are to be approximately flush with each other, and both side edge parts of the tread member 9 are placed on the shoulder parts 5 of the main members 3. Since the side edge parts of the tread member 9 are supported over the whole length by the shoulder parts 5 formed recessed at the inner side part upper ends of the main members 3, the tread member 9 is not easily recessed even though using one with relatively low rigidity.

    • PURPOSE:To easily know the display contents of a display device regardless of the direction of a radio communication equipment by providing a switching device which switches the display contents to the normal recognizing direction or the inverted recognizing direction, a control circuit, and an input operation circuit which gives the commands to the control circuit. CONSTITUTION:Supposed that a radio communication equipment is presently set in a receiving state and has its frequency set at 145MHz for example. Under such conditions, a control circuit 13 sets an LCD 14 in the state shown in the diagram when a switch 11 is turned off. Therefore a user can visually recognize the frequency information and the receiving state information displayed on the LCD 14 in the front direction of a display device of the communication equipment. When the switch 11 is turned on, the circuit 13 can visually recognize the frequency and receiving state information shown on the LCD 14 in the inverse direction of the display device. Thus the front or inverse direction of the radio equipment is defined as the recognizing direction with the switch 11 through on or off.

    • PURPOSE:To safely and certainly perform the assembling and dismantling works of scaffold frame by providing marking on a detent projection which can be retracted into the body of a pin, and thereby permitting instant distinction of the projection condition if it is in engagement or not. CONSTITUTION:A pin body 1 in tubular form is equipped with a detent projection 2 which protrudes from the side of the pin body 1 and can retract into it from the side. The projection 2 is interiorly fitted with a spring 3 which protrusively energizes the projection 2 from the side of the pin body 1. The projection 2 is also equipped with a sliding surface 4 and detention surface 5 so that detention with a scaffold frame is generated when the projection 2 is protruded and the detention is disengaged when the projection 2 is pressed. A mark M is furnished on the projection 2 so that the protruding condition is distinguished when the projection 2 has protruded from the side of the pin body 1.

    • PURPOSE:To easily perform fitting/removal of a horizontal stay by moving the horizontal stay from the direction where a supporting part side is positioned in the horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:A connection part 6 whose side face is of nearly a U-shape is fixed to each of both ends of a horizontal stay 2 and the horizontal stay 2 is positioned on a diametral direction line passing the center of a cross section of a support 3. An imaginary line passing the center of the cross section of the support 3 and parallel to an axis of the horizontal stay 2 is adopted as a reference line A. In the connection part 6, a support part 10 deflected to one side of a boundary in the vicinity of the reference line A and abutting on the support 3 is formed. At both ends of the horizontal stay 2, the connection parts 6 are equipped in such a manner that the support parts 10 thereof are positioned in the opposite directions of the border in the vicinity of the reference line A.
