摘要： PURPOSE: To carry out the air harmonization between an inner stator blade and outer stator blade under an optimum condition by taking a steam to scavenge an inter-stator blade space from a final stage of a HP flow pipe. CONSTITUTION: An inner stator blade 57 of a single stage is fixed to an outer stator blade 9 by a heat protective means 10 and an axial positioning means 11, and a space 19 between stator blades is formed between the inner stator and the outer stator 9. A steam to scavenge the inter-stator blade space 19 is taken from the upstream side of a final stage 25 of a HP flow pipe 6 through a suction port 24. The taken steam harmonizes the air in the inter-stator blade space 19, and flows in a channel 28 through a discharge means 26, and its flow rate is regulated by a regulation device 27. In addition, the steam is recirculated into the inter-stator blade space 19 from a medium pressure air feed means 17 through a reheater 16. Thus, the flow rate of the steam for scavenging the inter-stator blade space 19 is optimized, and the temperature gradient of the inner stator blade 57 can be suppressed to a lower level.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a high-tension direct-current breaker which cuts off direct current of an arbitrarily value through a combination of a technique of utilizing capacitor discharge and a technique of utilizing superconduction. CONSTITUTION: In the normal operation of a line, a breaker D is closed and a switch 1F is opened. A capacitor C is permanently charged by means of a resistor R from the upstream side of the line. If a trouble is caused in the line as indicated by a zigzag line E, a current flowing through the line suddenly rises up to its critical value to thereby transit superconductive windings 7 and 8 and thus excessively increase their resistance. As a result, a higher voltage is generated across the terminals of a varistor V to absorb most electromagnetic energy into the varistor V, and residual currents in the windings are easily cut off by the breaker D. In that case the capacitor is not discharged. The line is thus promptly protected with no high-speed troubleshooting.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide the device for surely breaking the high voltage DC current with a low cost. CONSTITUTION: The windings 51, 52 in a superconductive state by very low temperature fluid 2 are mounted in a cryostat 1. In the case when the fault current is sharply increased, the windings 51, 52 become non-superconductive, and the sudden change of the voltage of an S point is absorbed by a varister V. The breaking of the breaker D can be easily performed by the oscillating current (i) by a make switch E, a capacitor C, an inductance L and the like. When the current of less than the rated current is to be broken, a switch 60 is opened, and the current of the winding 52 is increased. When the current is more than a critical value, the winding 52 becomes non-superconductive, thereby the electric current of the winding 51 is inreased, and the state is changed. The breaker D can easily break the current by a circuit of the make switch E as mentioned in the above. When the current value is less than the critical value, the operation of the breaker D is also the same, and the breaking can be easily performed by the oscillating current (i) by the circuit of the make switch E.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a device for causing a drop in a pressure of a high-pressure oil circuit for controlling an intake valve of a turbine in an event of excess speed. CONSTITUTION: A device provided by the present invention comprises a speed trip 2 rotatably connected with a shaft 1 of a turbine and fed downstream from a constriction 5 with low pressure oil from a low pressure lubricating oil circuit of the turbine; and a hydraulic valve 9 provided with a closing valve for closing a discharge orifice 12 connected to the high pressure oil circuit for controlling an intake valve. The closing valve is connected to a plate dividing in sealed manner the inside of a hollow body of the hydraulic valve 9 into two compartments. A first compartment 11 is arranged on a side of the discharge orifice 12 and has at least one evacuation orifice 37. A second compartment 8 is fed downstream via a feed orifice 7 from the constriction 5 with oil from the low pressure oil circuit and is further connected to the speed trip 2 without constriction. An axially movable assembly 10 composed of the closing valve and the plate receives a resilient force in a releasing direction of the closing valve of the discharge orifice 12.
