      SOLUTION: A receiving conveyor 16 for carrying the aggregate 1 from a receiving hopper 5 and a drawing conveyor 17 for carrying the aggregate 1 quantitatively delivered from the aggregate silo 8 are connected to an inclined conveyor 18 which is arranged in an upward inclination so that its head-side end is located above the aggregate silo 8 and the aggregate storage bin 13. The head-side end of the inclined conveyor 18 is connected to an aggregate supply destination changeover mechanism 19. The receiving conveyor 7 or a drawing gate 10 and the drawing conveyor 11 are operated by a controller 20 and the supply destination of the aggregate 1 is changed over to the side of the aggregate silo 8 or the aggregate storage bin 13 by the aggregate supply destination changeover mechanism 19. Thus, the work for receiving the aggregate 1 into the aggregate silo 8 and the work for supplying the aggregate to the aggregate storage bin 13 are both performed via the inclined conveyor 18.
