    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst carrier for cleaning an exhaust gas, wherein firstly, catalyst efficiency is improved and performance for cleaning hazardous material is excellent, secondly, disturbance, turbulence flow and an increase in pressure loss are not caused and thirdly, workability is excellent without complicated structure, and cost increase is small. SOLUTION: The catalyst carrier is constituted so that a roll-shaped honeycomb structure, which is formed by allowing a corrugated sheet 11 made of a metallic foil of a band shape, and a flat sheet to be wound into a multilayer, is inserted into an outer cylinder and a catalytic substance is stuck to both of the corrugated sheet 11 and the flat sheet. The corrugated sheet 11 is partially different in wave phase before and after a wound axial direction X. That is, a phase slippage portion 15 of the corrugated plate 11 is formed by being cut before and after the winding axial direction X and other portions 16 of the corrugated plate 11 having no phase slippage are integrally joined before and after the wound axial direction X. The phase slippage portion 15 is formed at a part of 50-95% of whole corrugated plate 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact power supply device capable of first improving charging efficiency, secondly expanding a gap to enhance usability and thirdly reducing a size and weight.
SOLUTION: This noncontact power supply device 6 is, for example, used for the battery charging of an electric automobile, and supplies electric power from a primary coil 7 at a primary and power supply side to a secondary coil 8 at a secondary and power reception side based on the mutual dielectric action of electromagnetic induction. The primary coil 7 and the secondary coil 8 have structures in each of which a plurality of parallel conductors used as one set are flatly and spirally wound on the identical face and twisted at constant pitches. A primary magnetic core 13 and a secondary magnetic core 14 in which the primary coil 7 and secondary coil 8 are arranged are made of ferrite etc., and formed to have flat plate shapes. Surfaces of the primary coil 7 and primary magnetic core 13 and surfaces of the secondary coil 8 and the secondary magnetic core 14 are covered with mold resin 17 and fixed, respectively. A foamed material 18 is mixed in the mold resin 17.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalytic carrier for cleaning exhaust gas, by which efficiency of a catalyst is improved to make the cost performance of the catalyst excellent, in which ablation and abnormal oxidation are prevented to improve durability and reliability of the catalytic carrier and the pressure loss of which is decreased to enhance the power of an engine. SOLUTION: The catalytic carrier 9 is constituted so that a roll-shaped honeycomb structure 12 formed by winding a corrugated sheet 10 and a flat sheet 11 is fit to the inside of an outer cylinder 5 and a catalytic substance C is stuck to both of the corrugated sheet 10 and the flat sheet 11. Since the flow velocity of exhaust gas A before flowing in the honeycomb structure 12 is apt to become higher as it goes to the center part D of the honeycomb structure in the radial direction F, the pressure loss in the center part D of the honeycomb structure 12 is controlled to be larger than that in the outer peripheral part E thereof, so that the flow velocity of the flowing-in exhaust gas A is made uniform. For example, the center part of the end face 15 on the exhaust gas A inflow side of the honeycomb structure 12 and that of the end face 16 on the outflow side are projected. In other words, the length of the corrugated sheet 10 or the flat sheet 11 in the outer peripheral part E is set shorter than that of the corrugated sheet 10 or the flat sheet 11 in the center part D in the axial direction G of the honeycomb structure. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tableware which can be held with a hand even when it is hot immediately after being heated firstly, can be excellent in heat conductivity between the tableware and a heater and maintain heating efficiency secondly, and further can prevent the stagnation of air and moisture near a bottom lower surface thirdly. SOLUTION: Food or drink A is put in the tableware 6, it is heated by the heater from below, and many small projections 14 are successively formed on the entire bottom lower surface 15 of the tableware. Then, each projection 14 is roughly in the thick line shape of a straight line or a curve in the bottom surface view and is in similarity relation, parallel relation or crossing relation with others. Thus, each projection 14 is provided with a heat conducting function from the heater to the tableware 6 and a function of preventing contact of deformed finger flesh with the bottom lower surface 15 by the combination of the height H and the interval W when the finger is put to the tableware so as to lift it with a hand. Further, a cut part is partially formed on each projection 14 and a flow path toward the outer side is formed for the air and the moisture near the bottom lower surface. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
