    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft capsule which controls the oxidation in contents of the soft capsule, controls collapse retardation, controls blocking, and improves preservability such as browning prevention and deterioration prevention.SOLUTION: A soft capsule prepared by covering a content containing at least an unsaturated fatty acid or an unsaturated fatty acid ester with a coating film is characterized in that the content and/or the coating film contain the following components (A), (B) and (C). (A): a content of a Zingiberaceae plant. (B): a saccharide or a sugar alcohol having a melting point of ≤150°C and a solubility of ≥60 g/100 mL in 100 mL of water at 25°C. (C): a saccharide or a sugar alcohol having a melting point of ≥160°C and a solubility of ≤30 g/100 mL in 100 mL of water at 25°C.
