    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage treating apparatus from which excess residues can be discharged automatically after garbage is treated and in which an optimum amount of residues can always be kept as a fermentation bed.
      SOLUTION: This apparatus has a garbage housing vessel 1 provided with a discharge port 11 and a shutter 12 and a plurality of agitation blades 2 rotating along the bottom part 1A of the vessel 1 normally or adversely for reducing the volume of garbage by making good use of a microorganism. The blades 2 are arranged aslant with respect to a rotary shaft 21 so that the object to be treated can be gathered to the side face 1B of the vessel 1 when the blades 2 are continuously rotated only normally. The port 11 is arranged at any of the first quadrant and the second quadrant of the coordinate axes having the center of the shaft 21 as the origin where one of the blades 2 reaches first. After the blades 2 are rotated normally and reversely for the prescribed time or they are continuously rotated only normally for the prescribed time, the shutter 12 of the port 11 is opened automatically to discharge the increased amount of residues 3 automatically while leaving the required amount behind.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission capable of appropriately controlling a shift position toward a spring energizing direction at shift action, eliminating waste detection so as to improve reliability in low voltage detection, and preventing deterioration of a battery caused by useless low voltage detection display. SOLUTION: This automatic transmission is provided with a drive for driving a control mechanism to shift a transmission automatically in accordance with a vehicle speed detected by a speed detection means. The automatic transmission serves to shift the transmission energized by a spring to a shift-down direction or a shift-up direction using reverse rotation M2 (time T1) of the drive. In the case where a shift position as a next position of the energizing direction (two-speed) is detected by spring energizing direction shift action (time T3), the automatic transmission is caused to rotate the drive in a forward direction for a predetermined period of time. More particularly, in an automatic transmission restored by a predetermined energizing force to perform shift action, it is possible to surely hold a shift position at a predetermined level, therefore it has seldom possibility to pass through the predetermined shift position by a restoring force.

SOLUTION: Rear wheel supporting frames 2 and 3 pivoted upon being split in two portions by a rotary shaft 5 as capable of being folded any as desired are made practicable to be fixed in the running form between the forefront 17 of the rear wheel supporting frames 2 and 3 and a crossing rotary shaft 15. In this folding bicycle, a fixation device 4 is structured so that an axial direction pressing force to the rotary shaft 5 is given by turning a folding lever 21 on a single operation system, wherein the rotary shaft 5 as a folding point to divide the frames 2 and 3 into the running form and folding form can itself be used as fixation device 4, which allows simplification of the structure, and because the folding lever 21 on the signal operation system can be moved with a minor force, the folding operation can be executed simply even by women or children.
