摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket where a thin metallic base sheet is built-in and besides the base sheet and the elastomer material of a sealed bead are strongly adhered together.
SOLUTION: The opening part of a gasket having a metallic base sheet including an opening part shares boarders with the edge part of the base sheet. The edge part includes an embossed inclination part. An elastomer material is situated on the embossed inclined part and the edge part to form a sealed bead. The embossed inclination part is increased in the surface area of the base sheet making contact with the elastomer material, and the base sheet and the elastomer material are further strongly adhered together. To further increase the surface area of the base sheet making contact with the elastomer material, an aggregate texture can be applied on the coined inclined part.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armature assembly, in which a flexible web and an armature disk are fixed to eliminate noises such as a buzz caused by high-frequency vibration of each part. SOLUTION: The armature disk 51 is fitted to an elastic spider 40 made of plastic by rivets 60 disposed at intervals angularly, that is, in the circumferential direction. In order to prevent the spider from tapping the armature disk to generate noise such as a buzz, spacer pads 71 are formed integrally with the spider adjacent to the rivets and an axial space 70 having an equivalent width is formed along a circular arc positioned between the rivets between the armature disk and the spider. The head 62 of the rivet is positioned in a countersink 80 in the spider, and axially pulled through the plastic of the spider. Thus, when the spider becomes too hot caused by sliding of the electromagnetic coupling 10, the armature disk is released from the spider.
