    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-road installed type transformer device which can significantly simplify preparing work and ending work in inspecting a PT (instrument transformer) and a CT (instrument current transformer).
      SOLUTION: The on-road installed type transformer device includes a three-phase switch 11, a power fuse 12 constituted of three-phase portion and a power transformer 13 filled with an insulating oil 13b and is accommodated in an outer box 14. The instrument transformer 18 and the instrument current transformer 19 for measuring power amount is provided in the insulating oil on the high-voltage side of the power transformer. An inspection voltage applying terminal for a current transformer 13d is mounted to the transformer case 13c, while being inserted therethrough, An inspection use three-phase changeover switch 23 is provided, for switching among: a state where a load-side fixed electrode 15a3 is connected to the high-voltage side coil 13d1 of the power transformer at normal times; a state where the load-side fixed electrode is disconnected from the high-voltage side coil of the power transformer at inspecting the instrument transformer 18; and a state where the load-side fixed electrode is connected to the inspection voltage applying terminal for the current transformer at inspecting the instrument current transformer 19.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cutout operation tool which enables easy and safe operation on a utility pole, etc., of a cutout formed projecting on a side surface of a transformer.
      SOLUTION: In the front part of a head frame 16 supported by the tip of an insulated operating rod, a plurality of linking claws 23 for being united to the bushing of a cutout are formed downwards. Using these as guides, a slider 24 is supported by the head frame 16 in such a way as to be slidable freely. This slider 24 is fitted with a plurality of operating claws 25 formed downwards for being united to the fuse link of a cutout. In the lower part of the head frame 16, a fuse link supporting substance 26 for supporting a fuse link 9 is formed. To the slider 24, wires 27 for moving the slider 24 forwards and a wire 28 for moving it backwards are united.
