    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rupture of a reinforcement in the axial direction in a plastic hinge area even if a repetitive load becoming large deformation is applied by improving deformation performance in an earthquake in a concrete member.
      SOLUTION: An inside restricting reinforcing bar for restricting concrete inside from the outside of a cross section of the concrete member, is arranged inside the reinforcement in the axial direction in the plastic hinge area of the concrete member arranged in a state of juxtaposing the reinforcement in the axial direction. An outside nonrestricting reinforcing bar of not restricting a bulging to the outside of the reinforcement in the axial direction, is also arranged outside the reinforcement in the axial direction in the plastic hinge area.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, without using a connecting rod as a separate component, a reinforcing fitting which can prevent a relative deformation of an internal and external ring shaped bodies while keeping a workability of bending to form a steel bar.
      SOLUTION: The reinforcing fitting for the reinforced concrete perforated beam is formed of an internal and external double ring-shaped bodies 2, 3 by bending a steel bar 1. The internal ring-shaped body 2 is a polygon, a plurality of whose edges 2a to d are formed to approximately come into contact with the external ring-shaped body 3. At the same time, both ends 1a, 1b of the steel bar are bent from the sides 3e, 3f of the external ring-shaped body 3 and intersects with the sides 2e, 2f of the internal ring-shaped body 2.
