    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane structure submerged dike capable of preventing the diffusion of polluted water in the area of the sea by a submerged dike, making sure of wave dissipation and reduction of the velocity of a current and, at the same time, finely prolonging the life of the submerged dike.
      SOLUTION: The submerged dike 9 is equipped with a membrane body 12 extended in one direction A of the vertical direction and the horizontal direction and placed in the water and a floating body 15 giving buoyancy to the membrane body 12 by connecting to an upper edge section 13 of the membrane body 12. It is equipped with an anchor 18 fixing a lower edge section 16 of the membrane body 12 to the bottom 17 and a mooring body 21 stretching the upper edge section 13 of the membrane body 12 toward the bottom 17 so that the membrane body 12 can be inclined to the direction B at right angles to one direction A in the horizontal direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a eutrophication preventive fence which enable to cut off surface layer water in a normal time, having such a structure that work can be safely/quickly/economically carried out in the case of restoration by solving such a problem that the conventional eutrophication prevention fence requires time and labor when a breaker is broken by excessively high external force because restoration works accompanied with the diving work occur and that safety and cost of work itself are brought up. SOLUTION: For a connecting section having the breaker of the eutrophication prevention fence, a water-tight sheet is so provided that it overlaps with the fence on the side of the connected fences so as to cut off the current of the surface layer water in a normal time, and in the case of restoration, the connected fences are linked only with the breaker so that the whole work can be carried out on the water, and the eutrophication preventive fence is so constituted that both fence and water-tight sheet can be unitedly combined with each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work for providing connectors for connecting a contaminated water diffusion preventing film in a bank side of a reclaimed land and the work for eliminating the connectors, and to more securely hold the diffusion preventing film connected to the bank side connectors at the predetermined position underwater to more securely prevent the diffusion of the contaminated water.
      SOLUTION: This diffusion preventing device 3 is provided with a contaminated water diffusion preventing film 4 to be stretched underwater along a direction A in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction and connectors 8 for connecting both A-directional connecting ends of the diffusion preventing film 4 to a bank side 7. The connector 8 is provided with a flexible container 13 possible to be filled with the water 12 for housing inside thereof and possible to be placed in the top surface of the bank side 7 in the condition that the container 13 houses the water 12.
