The slide member 14 includes a top wall 14a enabled to reach a head top wall 11a and thereby to block the push-down of the head 11, as the same rises along the cover inner cylinder portion 12b, and to expose the head 11 in a pushable manner, as the same falls along the cover inner cylinder portion 12b. Each of the head 11 and the slide member 14 has a retaining portion F for causing the push-down of the head 11 when caught by the head 11.
