    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting material whose superconductive transition temperature is comparatively high and which is constituted of carbon-based fullerene molecules with high chemical stability, even though the transition temperature of the usual fullerene superconductor is low, about 40 K, and an oxide superconducting material whose superconductivity appears at liquid nitrogen temperature has a low chemical stability. SOLUTION: C20 fullerene, whose interaction of electron lattice is stronger than C60, is used and taken in the gaps of the materials whose bandgap between a valence electron band and a conduction band is big so as to be polymerized to one dimension chain. Afterwards, its phase changes to the superconductivity by pouring electrons or halls by the charged electric field. The superconduct material generated in this way has more excellent chemical stability than that of the oxide superconducting material and the superconducting material whose superconductive transition temperature is high and which has superior chemical stability can be obtained.
