摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an air purge pump dispenser of a simple structure which is capable of removing residue giving rise to clogging from a spray passage by air purge action by using an aqueous preparation. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus 1 for supplying the aqueous preparation in the form of an aerosol spray pressurizes liquid and air by the pump action of discrete chambers 61 and 59 limited by integrally formed cylinders 14 and 10. The liquid is supplied from an orifice 69 through a supply flow passage 67. This supply flow passage is purged by releasing of the air via the supply flow passage 67 to the final part of an action stroke. The accumulation of the deposits in the supply flow passage and the orifice is prevented by such air purge action.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enable a metering device to be used for a paste product, and further enable it to be cleaned and sterilized in a closed circuit without requiring any disassembly of the device by a method wherein a discharging flap is arranged between a metering chamber and a feeding nozzle and the metering chamber is inclined downward in a direction toward the feeding nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A metering chamber 1 is connected to a feeding hopper 2 at its upstream side and connected to a feeding nozzle at its downstream side. There is provided a suction piston valve 6 for use in sucking the product into the chamber by a suction force and discharging the product toward the feeding nozzle. Then, there are provided a metering piston 9 opened into the chamber between a valve 6 and the feeding nozzle and a discharging flap 10 between the metering chamber 1 and the feeding nozzle. The metering chamber 1 is inclined downwardly at the feeding nozzle. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to operate the metering device under a quite high sanitary state and further to wash and sterilize it without requiring any disassembly of it.
