摘要： PURPOSE:To use a clamp type pipe coupling device for various pipes having different diameters, by providing two kinds of flange pressing parts having different clamp distances so as to constitute a clamp lever which performs oscillation and axial motion for carrying out the connection and disconnection between a fluid receiving pipe of a tanker and a connection pipe for the loading arm. CONSTITUTION:During fastening and releasing operation of both pipes 1, 2, a drive screw 11 is rotated by a rotary drive means through the intermediary of gear trains 1, 4, 13, by a degree such that the fastening force of a clamp lever 21 is slightly decreased. Then, since a friction force is effected between the a fastening screw 12 and the drive screw 11 by a thread surface contacting means 11, the fastening screw 11 and the drive screw are rotated together so that the rotation of the fastening screw 12 causes clamp lever 21 to be rotated, and accordingly, it oscillates outward. After the rotation of the fastening screw 12 comes to a stop, the rotation of the drive element 11 causes the fastening screw 12 to axially move from one to the other of the pipes 1, 2 so as to separate a flange part 23 (or 24) of the clamp lever 21 from a flange 1A of the pipe 1.
