摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counterweight arrangement structure, capable of effectively reducing engine vibration even in a case the axis 4 of a crankshaft is not matched with the inertial main axis of a drive train. SOLUTION: The crankshaft of a three-cylinder engine has three cranks 11-13 juxtaposed in conformation to three cylinders 1-3, respectively, and distributed at an angle interval of 120° around the rotating axis 4. In the crankshaft, two counterweights 21 and 22 for at least partially compensating an inertial force caused by a rotary mass are assigned to the outside cranks 11 and 13, respectively, and the angle interval between at least one of the counterweights and the crank corresponding thereto is set to a predetermined angle α counter different from 30°+n×180° (n is a natural number or zero). This varying gradient for mould release allows large size construction of counterweight using a finite space. The process does not include any mechanical processing after forging, which can prevent increase in the processes and the costs.
