    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous material supply device which improves followability of a seal member of a piston for ruggedness of a tank inner wall and, thereby, prevents viscous material from leaking from a gap.SOLUTION: Viscous material M entered to a synthetic resin film bag B is stored in a tank 2, and an edge part of the opened bag B is folded back and is fastened to an outer circumferential part of the tank 2. The viscous material M is pressed by a piston 3 inserted to the bag B and is extruded from a suction channel 16 disposed on the piston 3. An intermediate part between the tank 2 and the piston 3 is sealed via the bag 2 with a seal member 13 made of synthetic resin foam. An outer diameter of the seal member 13 is made larger than the inner diameter of the tank 2 and the seal member 13 is elastically pressed against an inner wall of the tank 2 via the bag B. Thereby, the followability of the seal member 13 for the inner wall of the tank 2 is improved and, even when wrinkles are formed on the bag B, the viscous material M does not leak from the seal member 13.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous material suction device capable of easily and surely suppressing the mix-in of air into a viscous material. SOLUTION: The viscous material suction device 1 includes a suction member 2 with a through-hole 21 and a pump 3 for sucking the viscous material S through a suction pipe 11 connected to the through-hole 21. The pump 3 is provided with a rake-up part 4 for raking up the viscous material S and a pump drive part 5 for vertically driving the rake-up part 4. The piston 52 of the pump drive part 5 is lowered by introducing a driving gas to the upper space 511 of a cylinder 51 and is elevated by introducing the driving gas to a lower space 512. A switching valve 61 provided between the supply source 60 of the driving gas and the cylinder 51 introduces a lowering side switching gas and an elevating side switching gas through a lowering pilot valve 62 and an elevating pilot valve 63. In the supply route of the elevating side switching gas to the switching valve 61, a supply shut-off valve 64 for shutting off the supply of the elevating side switching gas is provided.
