    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small drain-pipe cleaning device without requiring a large installation area at a low cost in installation and operation. SOLUTION: An introducing pipe 8 is installed which branches to the upper part from the top end part on the upstream side of an S-shaped trap 7 installed to a drain pipe 6 of a disposer 5, and a water spray nozzle 9 is arranged on the introducing pipe. The water supply nozzle is supplied with water from a city water pipe 2, and if a water stopping valve 11 is opened, the inside of the drain pipe is cleaned by spraying water to the inside of the drain pipe and waste accumulated at the bottom part of the S-shaped trap is discharged. SOLUTION: An operation pipe 3 is inserted into a water feed pipe 2 to form a double tube and is made to vertically slide freely. A valve spindle 11 having a valve body 10 is inserted into the water feed pipe 2 and a valve spindle guide 13 at another end of the valve spindle 11 is attached to a grip 14 with a valve spindle stopper 14. A valve attached to and detached from the valve body 10 is constituted so as to provide a forward discharge port 5 at the tip of the operation pipe 3 and to use the inside of the pipe as a valve seat. Further, the water pipe cleaning nozzle is provided with a water feed pipe side face discharge port 7 and an operation pipe side face discharge port 8 at a head part pipe side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe purging tool capable of purging a pipe regardless of a long pipe, a complicatedly curved drainage pipe, and the shape and constitution of a clogging matter, easily usable even by a person of a general household who is not specialist, and a pipe purging method using this tool.SOLUTION: A pipe purging tool comprises a shell 2 inserted into an opening 17 of a drainage pipe 16 and a liquid guiding pipe 13 connected to an end portion of the shell 2. A liquid jetting hole 10 is formed to penetrate a tip portion of the shell 2, and a liquid passing hole 11 is formed to penetrate an outer peripheral surface of the shell 2. A rubber cylindrical body 9 is disposed on the outer side of the outer peripheral surface of the shell 2, and an air-tight bag part 22 is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the shell 2 and the rubber cylindrical body 9. A pressure liquid guided from the liquid guiding pipe 13 into the shell 2 enters the air-tight bag part 22 through the liquid passing hole 11, and thereby the rubber cylindrical body 9 is elastically deformed and expanded outward in the radial direction of the shell 2 so as to closely contact an inner peripheral surface 16A of the drainage pipe 16.

      SOLUTION: Packing members 105A, 105B which are in close-contact with opening end faces of service water holes are attached to closing valves 100A, 100B which close the service water holes 73A, 73B to which tap water (service water) is supplied. Elastic bodies such as rubber whose area is larger than that of the opening end face are used for the packing members. When the closing valves are closed in a state that the garbages mixed into the tap water are adhered to the opening end faces, the packing members close the opening end faces by the elasticity of the packing members with the garbage adhered thereto. Clearances caused by the garbage on the opening end faces are closed, so that the elevation of a sewage water surface is suppressed.
