    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack fixing structure that can secure a sufficient energy absorbing amount for either one of a spare-tire accommodating mode or a spare-tire-free mode, while reducing the weight of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: A spare tire accommodating concave part 7 is formed in a rear floor panel 6 provided to a vehicle body 2 so as to be recessed. A member 11 for generating a bending moment is bridged toward the bottom face part 8b of the spare tire accommodating concave part 7 between a rear panel member 9 provided to a rear side 8a of the spare tire accommodating concave part 7 and an inner side 8c opposing to the rear panel member 9.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure for a pantograph type jack requiring no equipment in assembly of members composing the pantograph type jack, especially a pantograph link member and a screw rod.
      SOLUTION: The assembly structure for a pantograph type jack comprises a pair of lower arms 2, 2 with one ends pivotally mounted to a seat plate 1, a pair of upper arms 4, 4 with one ends pivotally mounted to a pushing-up plate 3, a pantograph link member B presenting a pantograph mechanism, a stopper 7 fitted to a manipulation side connection metal 6, and the screw rod 8 inserted into a bearing hole 6a of the connection metal 6 as well as screw-fitted in a female screw hole 5a of an actuation side connection metal 5. In addition, the screw rod 8 is assembled to freely rotate and to be incapable of moving to the axis line direction by locking of a locking claw 7d of the stopper to an engaging peripheral step part 8c formed at a link mechanism inner part of the screw rod 8 by inserting the screw rod into the bearing hole in a condition that the stopper is fitted.
