    • PURPOSE:To make the whole surface sheet of a fibered appearance consisting of an irregular opening hole pattern by forming a plane shape of the upper face opening holes to an amorphous shape by combination of a straight line and a curve, allowing each opening hole to be adjacent to each other through a rib of specific width, and setting an opening hole area of each opening hole to a specific range. CONSTITUTION:A plane shape of the upper face opening hole 6 of a surface sheet 1 is constituted of combination of a straight line and a curve, each opening hole 6 is allowed to be adjacent to each other through a rib 10 of 0.1-3mm, and an area of the opening hole is set to 0.1-25mm . On the other hand, the lower face opening hole 9 is formed obliquely against the lengthwise direction of a liquid conduit tube 8. Also, a peripheral edge 9A of the lower face opening hole 9 is formed in an undulation such as undefinite nap, mustache, saw-tooth. Moreover, the tip of a long tube wall 8B and its vicinity are brought into contact with each other in a shape for embedding them in an absorber 4. In such a way, the fiber-like external appearance can be shown, and a back-flow preventing effect of a liquid conduit tube can be enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent staining by soot by subjecting a material to be worked to working by laser light while said material is held in tight contact with a plate by the suction effect through through-holes thereby making the working stable and removing the generated smoke. CONSTITUTION:The focus of the laser light irradiated through a protective film 7 from each optical part 4 for emission is matched to the bottom of a groove or slightly above the same and while air is sucked through through-holes 5, a film 1 is imposed in the groove. The inside of the through-holes is maintained under a negative pressure and therefore and film 1 is sucked to the groove bottom at least in the circumferential edges of the through-holes so that the film is maintained always at the level coinciding with the focus. The laser light is irradiated from the parts 4 in such a state to pierce the film 1. The generated smoke is sucked and expelled downward through the holes 5 and part of the smoke diffuses by escaping from the spacing between a protective film 7 and a plate 3 or remains in the groove without staining the parts 4.
