摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stabilized measurement accuracy by providing the pressure for fitting a whole shape inspection gauge to a work generated by the self-weight of a measurement shaft including the whole shape inspection gauge. SOLUTION: A rotary table 6 and a rotating frame 4 are set rotatably on the peripheries of central shaft 2A and 2B, and a plurality of measurement shafts 8 are set movably up and down at equal intervals on collar sections 4a and 4b of the rotating frame 4. Cam followers 12 on the upper ends of the measurement shafts are brought into contact with a cam surface 14a of a cam 14 fixed on the central shaft 2B, and respective measurement shafts 8 are lowered by their self-weight by the rotation of the rotating cam 4, and a whole shape inspection gauge 9 at the end is fitted to a work W on the rotary table 6. When the fitting is carried out perfectly, the work is determined to be a good product, while the fitting has to be stopped half way, the work is regarded as a defective product. The lowering positions of the measurement shafts 8 at the measuring time are enlarged by an enlarging arm of balance shape, and the lifting position for a check pin 34 is determined, and when the work is a defective product, the check pin 34 is brought into contact with a height gauge arm 26 of a selection arm component 22 to rock a classifying arm 15 and guide the defective work to the defective product discharge side.

摘要： PURPOSE: To efficiently and gently handle capsules without receiving pulsation by providing the above apparatus with a devices for taking out and transporting the capsules in alignment, through-holes, first and second rotary sieves, a discharge hole, a discharge path, a hopper and a hopper for recovering the capsules together. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is provided with devices 5, 7 and 107 for taking out capsules C from a capsule hopper 1 and transporting these capsules in alignment, through-holes 9 to allow only the capsule covers C1 to fall, a first rotary sieve 11 allowing the passage of only the capsule shells C2 and the deformed capsules and a second rotary sieve 14 for receiving the capsules C with the covers C1 from the first rotary sieve 11 and transporting the same forward. A discharge hole 20 allowing the passage of only the capsules C with the covers C1 on one side disposed on the discharge side of the second rotary sieve 14, a discharge path 121 for guiding the capsules C and a hopper 210 for receiving the capsules C failing to fall from the discharge hole 20 are arrayed in this order. The apparatus is provided with a hopper 110 for recovering the covers C1 , the shells C2 and the capsules C from the hopper 210 together.
