摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the dust collection efficiency of an electric dust collector, by collecting dust from exhaust gas discharged from an ash re-combustion furnace, separately from an electric dust collector which collects dust from exhaust gas from a combustion furnace, in the combustion furnace for coal, equipped with an ash re-combustion furnace. CONSTITUTION:When a combustion furnace 1 for coal is operated, combustion gas from the furnace 1 is fed into a dry electric dust collector 4, where dust collecting operation is taken place, then, the gas is discharged to the open air through a stack 5. On the other hand, combustion ash containing unburnt carbon, left in the bottom of a combustion furnace 1, is fed into an ash re-combustion furnace 3 by opening a valve 2, and the dust collecting operation is performed by a bag filter 6, after the combustion ash is completely burnt out. By means of disposing combustion ash from an ash re-combustion furnace 3, which has high electrical resistivity, by the bag filter 6, the dust collection efficiency of an electric dust collector 4 can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the dust collecting efficiency when dust is collected from waste gas from a sintering machine with an electrical dust precipitator, by adding sprayed water to the waste gas to control the temp. of the gas at the inlet of the precipitator to a high temp. range. CONSTITUTION:Waste gas from a sintering machine is gathered in a settling chamber 7 through wind boxes 5 and branched boxes 6 and fed to an electrical dust precipitator 9 through piping 8 to collect dust, and after removing gaseous SOx with a desulfurizer 11, the gas is released into the air. At this time, the temp. of the waste gas is measured with a thermometer 21 at the inlet of the precipitator 9, and the gas is cooled with 4 series of cooling units in the chamber 7 so as to control the temp. to the high temp. range of 170-195 deg.C. Since the temp. of waste gas is not excessively high, explosion due to contained fats and oils, etc. is prevented, and a reduction in the dust collecting efficiency of the precipitator due to the excessively low temp. is also prevented. Thus, dust can be safely collected with superior efficiency.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the maintenance of a dust collector against treatment of dust fume with a particle size of 1mum or less by adding mist generated in a mist generating apparatus to dust containing air being sent to a charging apparatus of a suction duct. CONSTITUTION:A charging apparatus 3 consists of a discharge electrode 31 and an earthing electrode 32 and, to the discharge electrode 31, D.C. current is applied by a high voltage electrode 33. Air containing oil mist and dust fume is flowed thereinto from a suction port 1 and charged when passed through the charging apparatus and filtered by a collecting apparatus 4 to be exhausted from an emitting port 2 as purified air. A mixture of fume flowed into the collecting apparatus 4 and mist generated in a mist generator 45 and supplied from a nozzle 44 is caught by an earthed main filter 41 and dropped onto a sub-filter 43. As described above, the fume containing a large amount of mist is washed off by oil mist.
