    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional vibration actuator for improving an acoustic characteristic and facilitating countermeasures of sound leakage prevention or the like while decreasing a sound minimum resonance frequency and preventing a broken coil lead at the same time, and to provide a mobile terminal.
      SOLUTION: A rising part 3b extended toward the opening end of a housing 1 along the inner circumferential face 1a of the housing 1 is formed by folding a part close to the outer circumference of a diaphragm 3 to allow the rising part 3b to act like a corrugation to decrease a minimum resonance frequency and an amplitude deflected from the rising part 3b acting as a fulcrum is not greater unlike the corrugation, then the broken coil lead of a voice coil 4 hardly takes place. Further, an extension part 3c extended outwardly along a flat face 1b formed at the opening end of the housing 1 from the rising part 3b is formed to increase the radius of the entire diaphragm thereby improving the acoustic characteristic. Moreover, the flat face 1b of the housing 1 and the extension part 3c of the diaphragm 3 are opposed to each other in parallel to facilitate the adhesion of a gasket or the like.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker and a manufacturing method thereof for solving tasks of bad productivity resulting from a need of a long curing time because an adhesive for coupling a suspension holder to a diaphragm is of a drying-by-heating type and of cost increase because of the necessity of a large scale heating and drying facility and a large space, and capable of realizing a high production efficiency and a low cost.
      SOLUTION: The speaker and the manufacturing method thereof disclosed herein adopt a configuration such that a cylindrical suspension holder 9 extended widely toward the end downward is provided on and integrated with a rear side of a diaphragm 7 and the circumferential edge of the suspension holder 9 is coupled to a frame 5 via a second edge 10 so as to eliminate the need for an adhesion work between the suspension holder and the diaphragm and drying by a heating work of the adhesive having been conventionally required thereby considerably improving the productivity and reducing the production facility and the space.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a manufacture time and to prevent hindrance to vibration by using thermal welding due to friction heat caused by the vibration in the joint between packing and a diaphragm edge. CONSTITUTION:A ridge having the large diameter of the diaphragm edge 2 and a ridge having the small diameter of the packing 1 are overlapped, a clipping pressure and vibrating force are impressed simultaneously to the overlapped part and the overlapped part is joined. Since the joint between the packing 1 and the diaphragm edge 2 is performed by means of thermal welding due to the friction heat caused by the vibration, the joint is completed only in several seconds.
