    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control extraction of a mobile detector in a mobile reactor power measuring apparatus.SOLUTION: A mobile reactor power measuring apparatus 1 comprises: a mobile detector 8 for measuring radiation within a guide tube 23 provided in a reactor; a motor 4 for taking up a cable 7, of which one end is connected to the mobile detector 8, into a reel 3, and sending out the cable; a drive control device 10 for giving a drive command to the motor 4; and a proximity switch 52 for transmitting a proximity switch extraction prevention signal 121 when the mobile detector 8 exists at a specified stop position. The drive control device 10 stops the extraction of the mobile detector 8 when receiving the proximity switch extraction prevention signal 121 from the proximity switch 52, determines that the mobile detector 8 exists outside the specified stop position on the basis of detector drive information for the mobile detector 8, and bypasses the proximity switch extraction prevention signal 121.

A bolt fixing device 35 pushes up the lock cap 36 by the elastic force of the elastic member 40, engages a plurality of upper surface teeth formed on an upper surface of a flange of the lock cap 36 with a plurality of lower surface teeth formed on a lower surface of a locking flange of the body housing 37, and fixes the head bolt 30 of the jet pump beam 27.
