    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat medium heating device capable of solving a risk that heat generated by a PTC (positive temperature coefficient) heater is transmitted to a control board via a terminal extending from an electrode plate to overheat the control board, and to provide a vehicular air conditioner including the same.SOLUTION: A heat medium heating device includes: a plurality of flat heat exchanger tubes 12; PTC heaters 13 each mounted between the flat heat exchange tubes 12; a casing in which the flat heat exchanger tubes 12 and the PTC heaters 13 are mounted by being laminated in multiple layers; and a control board of the PTC heaters 13 mounted in the casing. Here, terminals 25A extended from electrode plates 25 of the PTC heaters 13 are directly connected to connection parts of the control board. In the heat medium heating device, a width of the flat heat exchanger tube 12 is set wider than a width of a contact surface in a direction in which the terminal 25A is extended from the electrode plate 25 in a PTC element 24 of the PTC heater 13, and the electrode plate 25 excluding the PTC elements 24, and the flat heat exchanger tube 12 are laminated in the wide part 29.
