摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve pulverized coal distribution through a burner nozzle assembly while reducing the amount of unwanted pressure drop in a pulverized coal delivery system.SOLUTION: An embodiment comprises: a turning vane 54 angled relative to an inlet port 60 and an outlet port 62 to redirect a stream of air and pulverized coal particles from the inlet port 60 toward the outlet port 62; a coal rope-breaking vane 56 pivotable about an axis 64 to adjust an angle of the coal rope-breaking vane 56 relative to the stream of air and pulverized coal particles from the inlet port 60; an access port 63 formed in a bending portion of a pipe elbow 58; a removable cover 70 over the access port 63; and support bars 72 to attach the cover 70 to the turning vane 54 thereby allowing the turning vane 54 to be removed together with the cover 70.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner capable of improving ignition stability of pulverized coal while holding a transfer medium at a low oxygen state.SOLUTION: A burner includes: a nozzle body 7 having an inner cylindrical nozzle 11 arranged on a center axis of a throat 4 attached to a furnace wall 3 and allowing auxiliary combustion air 24 to flow, and an outer cylindrical nozzle 9 concentrically arranged on outside of the inner cylindrical nozzle and allowing a pulverized coal mixed flow 18 obtained by mixing the transfer medium and the pulverized coal to flow; a wind box 5 for storing the nozzle body; a secondary air adjusting device 8 stored in the wind box and attached to a tip part of the nozzle body; an auxiliary combustion air introduction pipe 23 for introducing combustion air 22 from the wind box into the inner cylindrical nozzle as auxiliary combustion air; a pulverized coal flow supply pipe 16 for introducing the pulverized coal mixed flow into the outer cylindrical nozzle; and an oxygen containing gas supply pipe 17 for supplying oxygen containing gas 19 into the outer cylindrical nozzle and increasing an oxygen concentration in the pulverized coal mixed flow.
