    • PURPOSE:To reduce an installation space for a coolant filler portion and a thermostat valve, and reduce the number of parts such as fixtures therefor, by integrally forming a retainer pipe for retaining the thermostat valve with a pipe which forms the coolant filler portion. CONSTITUTION:A coolant filler portion 10 provided for filling a coolant to a circulation system is provided with a pipe 14 with a branch passage 14a, and is also provided with a filler opening 15 at an upper end of the pipe 14. A cap 16 engaged with the filler opening 15 is provided with a check valve 17 for discharging an overflowing coolant to an overflow pipe 18. A retainer pipe 19 is integrally formed with the branch passage 14a, and a thermostat valve 13 is mounted to the retainer pipe 19 is such a manner as to be sandwiched by the retainer pipe 19 and a connecting pipe 20. Thus, the coolant filler portion 10 and the thermostat valve 13 are integrally connected with each other through the retainer pipe 19, so that an installation space of the members 10 and 13 may be reduced and the number of parts such as fixtures therefor may be reduced.

    • PURPOSE: To simply make up a pressure regulation cap used for a radiator tank or the like by disposing a resin pressure valve body and a resin negative pressure valve body of which each is a combination one body of an elastic piece bundle and a valve plate under the body of the resin cap.
      CONSTITUTION: A pressure regulation cap is provided with a resin pressure valve body 15 of a combination one body of an elastic piece bundle 12 and a valve plate 14 which are disposed under a resin cap body 8 with a cover 7 and a resin negative pressure valve body 20 of a combination one body of an elastic piece bundle 18 and a valve plate 19 which are disposed under the pressure valve body 15. The pressure regulation cap is fixed on a filler neck 6 of a tank T. Said pressure valve body 15 is set in such a manner that the elastic piece bundle 12 projecting like a hook is caught on a valve keeping part 10 whose sectional view is triangle. A valve plate 14 with a packing 13 of the pressure valve body 15 thereon contacts a valve retaining projection 2 of an inner race 3, thereby providing an airtight between the pressure valve body 15 and the filler neck 6.
