In particular, the end panel of the can end is provided with at least one moveable portion (7) contactable with the lower surface of the tab at a location between the tab securing means and the end of the handle of the tab, the moveable portion being deformable upwardly under influence of pressure (p) to push against the lower surface of the tab and thereby incline (±) the handle of the tab away from the end panel to define a gap (d 2 ) under the tab for finger access by a user. Also disclosed are various methods by which the pressure may be induced into a container incorporating the easily openable can end.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried pharmaceutical composition to be administered to an animal and used particularly as a chemoembolization composition, capable of being stably stored and easily rehydrated.SOLUTION: The invention is a method for formulating a dried product suitable for direct administration to an animal after rehydration to form a suspension. The method includes: (i) a freezing step of cooling particles of polymer matrix to a temperature below the freezing point of water, the polymer matrix being swollen with water and having absorbed therein a non-volatile biologically active compound; (ii) a lyophilization step of subjecting the cooled particles obtained in step (i) to reduced pressure at which ice sublimes for a period during which at least a portion of the absorbed ice sublimes and water vapor is removed; and (iii) a packaging step of packaging the dried particles. The packaging step is performed under reduced pressure. A packaging container for packaging the particles is substantially airtight, and has an interior under vacuum.
